Wonderful new hotel that quickly has become for my family the synonym for a pleasant time - great place, friendly staff, nicely decorated place for kids and superb bakery. We will return for sure for more.:)

Hotel is amazing and customer service is outstanding. One little thing for improvement is to allow to pay in CZK when paying for reservation by credit/debit card. The test, keep going!

The hotel provides nice and comfy environment for the company wide events as well as family trips. The affiliated "Stodola" (Barn, restaurant and additional rooms) is great. The meals were tasty and staff friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with modern vision and infrastructure. Rooms are nice and fairly big, very nice terrace and superb view from balcony to Lipno lake. Hotel restaurant offers smooth and very well balanced choice of gastronomical varieties. I recommend beef steak, great pleasure for eyes too!! Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Enjoyed it and definitely will be back again.

I found Lipno on google about 2 weeks before we booked our skiing trip. The hotel is in the best possible location for skiing, especially if you have kids and need to have a break between skiing. The room was great, the kids loved having the mezzanine floor. My toddler loved the play area and it was great to have that option while the older kids were skiing. The childcare was amazing too!! People at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room for ski equipment was really helpful, although as my eldest son pointed out it would have been even better if it was floor level because the stairs in ski boots are not easy! The mini bar inside the room is handy, especially with kids, even better if there was a microwave, for baby bottles, quick meals etc. A few points: it would be helpful to have more hangers in the rooms for all the ski coats etc (there were no hangers on the mezzanine floor) It would be really handy if the door key/lipno card was like a watch to save having to take it out of the pocket all the time, really hard when carrying ski equipment and all the kids stuff. Breakfast was nice, but the kids missed having some more kid friendly options, like waffles, nutella, kid cereals, pancakes we got twice, but not syrup. We only allow these on holidays :P The shower pressure is quite weak, but I don't know if there is anything to improve that. The area around the hotel is wonderful, a small supermarket, lots of restaurants. We tried one each night. The ski equipment rental is right under the hotel, so makes life really easy. The slope is about 50m and you can ski right up to the hotel. We will definitely come back!! Thank you for such a great first ski experience!!

Not bad value for money. Clean, good parking, friendly staff. Excellent location, close to the lake or cable to near hill. Very good pastry, sport rental, excellent restaurant for dinner. Breakfast could be better a little. Nice idea is prosecco as a part of the breakfast!

Unique and wonderful experience. Plenty of activities around the hotel including skiing, bobsleighs, swimming, climbing, sight seeing, bus to take you up the hill, and other nice places. Friendly and professional staff everywhere greeting us and ready to help with everything we need. The room was always very clean, there’s a nice playroom for kids. My kid would perhaps enjoy even more if there was a small toy kitchen but it’s just a minor thing. Breakfast are wonderful, variety of fresh food every time. I strongly recommend this place. It’s worth visiting.
