★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was not bad, only 3 TV channels, no WiFi in rooms, toilet didn't flush and strange doors to toilets in 6th floor rooms, high prices, pool was good and clean, whirlpool was dirty. At least the staff was good and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food wasn't great, but edible. Accommodation quality varies for rooms. Hotel is really big. Pool is quite nice. Sauna is dry. There's nice place with couches and free Wi-Fi where, you can spend time with friends. It's close to slope, from where you can get to anywhere you want to ride. Overall nice place, especially if you're there with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply: no. Staff may try their best to make your stay a bit easier, but poor quality of food, cleanigness, rooms and facilities overall cannot be hidden. Don't fall into wellness idea, please, you will be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With what should I begin? Maybe awful smell from toilet? Or toilet without water? Or maybe with poorest food which personal is not able to add through breakfast/supper. Or maybe with drink hotel personal through working time?However receptionist tried to help and we're very kind. Hotel supervisor is very unfriendly person, declining any request, most disappointing hotel in EU I guess.
To summarize: reception is only 3star and working place in this hotel. Rest is disgusting and overrated.
