Hotel is a ruin. Dirty, old, wavy carpets. Balconies dirty, covered with cobwebs. Broken tiles, or holes at all. Sheets with holes or too short for the beds. Wardrobe dismantles, not a single coat hook. Loose cables in the room and on the balcony. Swimming pool not usable as it is permanently locked. No service on site (drinks machine or the like), not to mention the bar. Leaving the "hotel" is only possible with a key. If a partner stays in the hotel, he cannot get out (in the event of a fire, sheer madness). Room service: no vacuum cleaner or similar in the room within a week. Upon request, only two fresh towels once for 2 people, but only 1 bath towel. No fresh bed linen in 7 days! Unfortunately, less than 1 star is not possible.

My favorite playground, perfect grenny. Beautifully rendered. Drinking water is very pleasant.

After a telephone reservation 2 weeks in advance, they told us that no reservation had been made. Then a "free room" appeared by chance. Although it was furnished as from the 80's (like the whole hotel), it cost us almost half more than the advertised price due to the quote: "emergency situation". I highly recommend it to people who want to spend as little time as possible in the hostel and not even sleep there.

In the middle of October, beautiful greens, but the organization of the style of 2 tournaments in parallel and still let go hungry players without information what is happening on the field I find quite unfair at least to those who pay for the game.

A horrible experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, we picked up the keys at the so-called reception bar. Room in quite decent condition. We started looking for a restaurant, a terrace where there should be a sitting area with an evening barbecue, a swimming pool and someone who would give us or book golf clubs so that we could use the golf course, which we should have included. (According to the advertised offer of the stay) Pool released, restaurant not working..There were only two cleaners in the hotel, who knew absolutely nothing. At the so-called reception phone number where in case of questions we should call. We called — a young lady told us she didn't know anything to find out. In the final, she called back, saying that we have to go to the half board outside the hotel, about a kilometer from the hotel. My son and I went to a hotel with a swimming pool, with meals at the on-site hotel, using a golf course. None of this was and the old photos correspond to the condition of the hotel, maybe about 10 years ago, depending on the condition of the trees and the hotel. Upon arrival and shock, we immediately returned home in disgust. We didn't use anything. And according to the locals, this so-called hotel with everything - even according to the restaurant staff to which we had to commute - is known that whoever comes is dissatisfied with the quality of everything. we set up through Slevomat and thank you for the helpful approach of the lady from Slevomat, where we of course called right away and solved everything immediately.
