V	V H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 1 night at New Years and the experience wasn't really nice. Every hotel had their own fireworks and ours kind of backfired. Literally. The guy accidentally dropped the tube with fireworks aiming it right at the appartment building right at us. So exactly at the midnight we were half deaf, afraid and hiding inside the appartment after one of the shots blew up right into our faces (no permanent damage done, no clothes burned, luckily). And in the morning I've noticed a weird rash on my hands and my whole body pretty much everywhere where I came in contact with the bed sheets. Another problem occured during the check out 'cause they wanted us to pay even though we've paid already (before arriving even). One good thing about the place was the view. After the initial accident we managed to get a decent view of the whole town and all the fireworks going off there.

Room pefectly clean, plentiful breakfast and very friendly and helpful owers, who personally take care of the guests. The glass of cold beer from local brewery, served on the sunny terrace with a spectacular view over the mountains, is a well-deserved reward after the day spent by hiking in the surrounding.

When we came there and we were exhausted, they let us order food at the restaurant, even though it was already closed. Food is very good and the customer service is great. The view from the hotel is exquisite and the price was reasonable too. Thank you for your hospitality. I would definitely like to come back again.
M	Melly Mihaylova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for 5 nights, the building is old and can use some renovation, but it’s kept very very clean, the staff is amazing and very helpful. The food at the restaurant is lovely as well. A bit tricky to get to in winter without 4x4 or snow chains, but I personally really liked it’s secluded location - only 3-4 mins drive with a taxi from the lifts and the taxis are reasonably priced too.
E	Ereme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly Staff, perfect atmosphere, clean and warm rooms. It is quite hard to walk back to The hotel to sleep as it is located at The top of The city. No problem for us whatsoever. Breakfast was nice, Beer too. Also very nice view
