Nice hotel with good rooms, 10 minutes from Old Town on public transport. Near Vishegrad - beatifull place Nice personal, only minus that you need to wait when they return autorization money back. In my opinion, would be better if you pay for your room including that price.

very clean rooms , bed sheets , and towels . in the room was provided a kettle and refrigerator, tea bags , sugar bags, instant coffee, tea spoons , tea cups and water glasses . the bed was very comfortable and there were a balcony in our room . we ran out of black tea and I asked at the reception and they provided us with more tea bags . ( since my bf only drinks black tea in the morning haha) transport tickets are available at the reception so you can buy before you travel . we have made a mistake and got on a tram before we buy a ticket since we thought we can buy it from the driver and got fined for it :/ the bathroom was also very clean , provided with hair dryer , shower/hair gel ,hand washing liquid and some cotton pads . very friendly and helpful staff . 24/7 open reception . not found a single bad thing to point at . definitely recommend .

Good: They allowed me to check-in an hour earlier. They have drinkable tap water. I was able to conveniently borrow a power adapter. Reception was always accommodating as much as they could from check-in to check-out. Location is very very excellent. Near the tram and the metro, a small grocery store, a wine and dine restaurant, a bakery and the Vysherad which was amazing. Bad: You can opt to have your towels not changed for ecological reasons of the hotel but housekeeping kept on giving me new towels even if my used towels were hung on the towel rack so their hotel policy for this became useless; I had 6 towels on my bedside at the end of my stay. I placed a note for the housekeeper to refill my handsoap and when i returned at the end of the day they didn't refill it so I called the front desk and they said housekeeping is not available in the late afternoon to evening anymore which was kind of frustrating. Another housekeeping problem is that they dont clean the water glasses and spoon & fork that I've used the day before. I know it is a budget hotel but I think this is still necessary for any hotel. It is not a hostel. The room is not air-conditioned so it can get humid sometimes even with the window open, no essentials like toothbrush & toothpaste and no refrigerator.

Very good hotel. People at reception guide you about busses and trams and how to get to a place. Very helpful people at reception, they make sure you have authentic local food, wine etc. Rooms are very comfy with heater in this chilly weather.

Booked the Hotel for some business my wife had in Prague for a few days, and we did not want to spend an arm and leg. Other reviews were good so I gave it a shot. I have to say I am very impressed, sitting on the 5th floor, over looking the street as I type, room is huge, by Euro standards, staff has been great. Clean, only a few minute walk the trains. Highly recommend!

The hotel has no AC (a 3 star hotel!!) and they lie about the mini fridge in any room (as seen on the booking site!!). In their own elevator, they also posted pictures with rooms that have mini fridges. They are lying to everybody.... Can't open the windows because of insects. The towels in the bathroom, they are almost clean. I took some pictures.... I asked for 1 matrimonial bed and they gave me, 2 bunk beds!! I don't recommend.

Rooms are big and good. No smoking allowed in the hotel, but some rooms have balconies available. Very friendly staff. Some minus points, shower has no high connection point, meaning washing your hair is a bit awkward , and are not very well ventilated. No fridge in room. Good safe fot valuables. I noted that one door of the rooms was damaged, seems someone tried to break in. Metro is a bit of a walk, but tram next to river to the old town is very convenient. Price very good. If you do not expect lots of luxury quite perfect, I would visit again

Are all Czech people that nice as this hotel staff? Seriously, the ladies working here were absolutely welcoming all the time and all of them. I've been there several days and I met plenty of them, and they were all super nice. Also, there is someone at reception at all times. Very diverse & tasty breakfast, with fruits, yogurts, pizza, cooked food, donuts, coffee, tea etc. You'll find something for each taste. Hot water with good pressure. Spacious room and you can smoke on the balconies. Cleaning is ok - I wouldn't say 10/10, but decent. No products for care, like cotton balls or disks, hand cream etc. But still, hand soap, shower gel and hair dryer all available in the bathroom. Location - from a tourist point of view, it's not ideal, as it's 1hr walk towards city center, so you'd definetly want to take a tram or a taxi/ridesharing (I know for sure they have uber and liftago, maybe others are available also). I was on a bussines trip, so location was great for me, but for a tourist might be different. Bed ok, a lot of pillows - maybe not the comfyest for my liking, but definitely decent. I'm planning a future trip and I'll go in the same place, for sure. Oh, and did I mention about how lovely the staff was?
