Helpful staff, can buy travels tickets at reception, tram stops right outside so really easy to get around. Food/drink in the restaurant was OK, but I preffered to go out. Room was nice, bathroom nice and newly updated, beds pretty Hard but slept well.

Nice hotel, been there for two nights, cozy, not near from Center. But near as it can be for transport. Not a noisy place. There are markets nearby. Room's good, Bathroom's okay.. Service 8/10 Environment 9/10 (more trees than in Center) Price 7-8/10 They have restaurant at the entrance.

Location was good, near the central but the staff was extremely rude. Nobody would help you and no staff member had a smile on their face. It's not at all warm and welcoming. We had a terrible experience because of the staff. Breakfast was good but the smell of egg was in the entire corridor for all three days. Pathetic experience in short, don't visit this hotel.

This hotel is located just outside of Prague's city centre, with easy access as the tram to the city is right on your doorstep, and the tram coming back is on the other side of the road... Takes no more than a 10 minute ride. There are plenty of convenience stores and bars nearby, I would say more suited to the locals than tourists, this for me is a plus as it's quieter with your party goers likely making their way into Prague instead. The hotel is maintained very well throughout, it's very clean and tidy, and the receptionist was brilliant for providing guidance and advice for our outings, they'll also give you a map and show you anything you may need help getting to (localities, transport routes, good cheap places to eat etc). The room was modern, bed's weren't very comfortable, and curtains didn't properly stop the lighting outside from coming in at night. The TV had channels in various languages, but signal wasn't too good on around half of them. There's not too much noise during the night, it's more likely because the hotel is out of the centre, but you would hear the train coming by on the tracks opposite, which wasn't often. The hotel was bed and breakfast, so to start your morning there was a small selection of cereals, breads, fruit and yogurt, and (greasy) potato wedges, what seemed like tinned veg carrots, peas, and sweetcorn, and a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. There's plenty of seating but the dining area is narrow and sometimes challenging to manoeuvre your way back and forth to the food. The hotel has a restaurant that occupies a section of its ground floor (I think it's separate to the hotel and maybe the space is rented), this does offer restaurant standard meals and a variety of drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic and hot drinks), all the staff I met were very fluent in their use of English, and credit to the cleaners every morning they would smile and wish you a good day in a genuine manner. Overall is good for the money I paid to go, is budget friendly, located in a quieter area, and has easy access to Prague's centre (oh and there's a lidls nearby if you want cheap food and drink for when you get back). Would consider staying at this hotel again. Thanks!

We stayed at Hotel Union for 4 days. It's a 10 minute tram ride (every 15 minutes) from the centre of Prague and is a wonderful place to stay. It does have a wheelchair ramp to gain access, but has 2 small steps once inside. We found it very comfortable place. Very very clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us, very polite and accommodating. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. You do though have to pay 5 Euro's per day for tea making facilities, but if you want normal tea, ask for it. There is a restaurant, but we never are here. There is also a bar. All in all a great place and very reasonably priced.

Very clean with descent breakfast. About 10-15 mins from centre by public transport, that is extremely efficient in Prague. Nearby train and tram may bother light sleepers in the early morning although double insulated windows helped a lot. Very good value for money. Would stay in it again if I revisit this beautiful city.

Lovely hotel, reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are lovely, roomy and comfortable, the bathroom we had was like brand new. Enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning. We also had many drinks in the bistro/bar where we met the nicest barmaid (sylvie) who made the best long island ice tea's we'd ever had!! On our last night we had a meal too which was delicious! Prices were very cheap and definitely worth it! We loved Prague so much we intend on returning and we will be returning to this hotel. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean hotel. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is nicely renewed. Breakfast is available with a wide selection and very tasty. A bit of noisy on the 1st floor as the trams are passing by under the window, but the windows are new and are giving a good sound protection when closed. City sights are close by tram.
