★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increasingly unreliable. I’ve been going here for more than a year & it was fantastic last year - but recently it seems there’s conflicts on the schedule and my standing appointments for massage and sauna are getting cancelled.
Really disappointing, as it’s very convenient, the staff is friendly and the prices are good... but when you look forward to sitting in the sauna all week only to have it cancelled a few hours before your appointment, it really is infuriating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance could do with some upgrading or maintenance. The shower drain was clogged up and floor near the sauna was dirty. Despite that, the massage service was good. Great customer service with a smile, serving us hot tea before and after the massage. The place may not be so attractive, but its staff will probably draw people back. Service by Lay (Philippines) and Pim (Thailand) over the weekend.

I cant recommend this massage saloon ,The staff is very rude to customers.The staff screams on the phone, they forgot that they can scream only in their ASIA but not here and not to the client ......We bought a massage voucher. The administrator refused to reschedule us new time for visit,but we paid the them money...... so very terrible communication with this poor Massage saloon! and poor soul Asian people ......
So I loose my massage and my sauna time , loose my money.
I can not recommend this salon to anybody.
BAD EXPERIENCE ONLY.

a little difficulty at the start organising it but after that we had a sauna and the massage was really very good and friendly staff
