Should you live in Prague, I recommend you ask them a loyalty card (9 massages, 1 for free). At the end of the relaxing massage, you are given with promo offers providing you with more affordable massages. Go and check it out! :)
F	Frank G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person at the reception was really friendly and was speaking English well, I did get a menu of massages with prices that were higher than they mention on the website but when I said that I had seen different prices they gave me that price. I got a welcome drink and had to fill in a form with my personal details (because of covid?) and I had to tell them what parts of my body I wanted extra attention and what parts to stay away from. Than I had my massage (relaxing oil aroma or something), it was mainly rubbing my body in with oil and not much massage. I had to struggle not to fall in sleep, I wonder if this woman even had learned how to massage or if she was just hired because she looked asian. Even tho it wasn’t expensive I felt kinda ripped of. Wouldn’t recommend.

They push you to buy voucher, with lovely face and when you need to cancel it once they push you to immediately change for another date , even you told them you don’t know the date and you will inform them. They push you to change for whatever date , which you can not change anymore. They are not helpful either flexible with their customers. The massage were good, nothing special , but we got used for the massages ladies and we liked it. Although we bought massages more often they did not care about us a customer I called them 3 day in advance we can not come and they just told us , the massage will be no show. Horrible guys, I don’t recommend this salon, the worst attitude I have ever experienced.

I know i had, but i work a lot and i expect when coming to a massage to get some understanding and flexibility. Not another woman to give me lectures. Very disappointed ☹️

I walked to the business and I see tons of people inside. Looking at the transaction of voucher reception tells me they are on holiday for 3 days?? Excuse me? What about these people here? I see so many people inside...??? Asked for a refund and I am told "I don't know. I will email you..." its been 8 hours and no email no call.

I simply go to massage to relax my muscles and mind, but today was gaining more stress during the whole time of massage and had to worry if i will get more muscle pain after all. The customer service was also bad that there was no other solution to make the customer happy. Maybe because i was foreigner and seems not to care when they had lots of local customers in line. You should cross your finger to have the right therapist if you go here otherwise, you will experience the worst ever.
P	Pn C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general, it's a bad experience, we tried to call the shop several times to make the reservation, we are foreigner and they told you they will call you back in 15 minutes because they don't speak English, but they didn't call back, and when we called again , a guy who spoke in Czech hang up the phone several times, and when we called them and spoke a bit in Czech that we sent the email, they said ok but just ignored the email for few days. In the end we had to ask put local friend to help to make a reservation. The day I went there, it's supposed to be a 60min massage, but the clock is 5 minutes faster in the massage room, the masseuse sneezed few times during the massage and went out a lot when she tried to prepare the stuff, there's a moment I was waiting there like 5 minutes and then she finished exactly on the hour, but the clock was faster! I wondering if this is normal that the whole massage is at least 15mintues less.... And what surprised me more, is when they try to sell you the voucher after the massage, they can speak good English. After all, the massage skill is alright, but I wont recommend this place.
