★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman pharmasist was very unfriendly, she was answering my questions unwillingly and she called the next customer while I was still talking to her. I complained that I am not finished, I wanted to buy some things, so she served me but very unwillingly. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best pharmacy in Prague, there were two pharmacists , a woman just screamed on me. A young man - pharmacist said I am sorry for her and how I can help you. He´s english was perfect, He calmed me a and chose the best treatment for me.
Thank you mr. pharmacist Kantor (your name was on the bill), you save my day!! You´re real expert!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy some sunlotion with my father. As I bent down to take the lotion from the shelf, the male pharmacist screamed at me really loud. So disrespectful, in front of everybody. It is absolutely not the way to treat customers, it was not my fault that they hadn't closed or locked the shelf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, clean, well air-conditioned pharmacy. In spite of its smaller dimensions, the pharmacy has a wide range of cosmetics and perfumes in addition to standard assortment. In addition, they have loyalty discount cards for permanent visitors/ patients ;-) Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with big pain in the throat. I was in Prague for a trip and was confused with what to do. The guy in the pharmacy was working only from 3 days there. However he was extremely polite and helpful. He recommended us different drugs and explained us about them in English.
I asked also where can I find doctor if needed so he consulted with his colleagues and provided me with address and phone.

We went there with a printed prescription, that was send to us via email. They did not accept it, what was ok, but we were treated so arrogant and rude, even yelled at and asked why we are not talking czech..
The most impolite person ever and happily the only negative moment during a great vacation with plenty of great moments and many warm and openhearted welcomes in this great city.
