★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve just had a 4 night stay and the hotel and it was excellent. The rooms were clean, staff were very helpful and friendly and all spoke very good English.
The metro is a 5-10 min walk away and really cheap for all day travel if you don’t want to walk into the centre.
We would stay here again. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! I would also recommend to try their breakfast! Staff is outstanding! The front desk was really helpful! Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure that I get all what I needed to have a comfortable stay including the peace of mind of safely parking my rental car as it was really hard for me to find a parking spot in that busy area. If you are a tourist from the U.S I would recommend this hotel as the front desk speaks multiple languages fluently and they have a great understanding of the tourist’s needs especially if it’s your first time in Prague!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel through an Airbnb listing. We loved the hotel and the neighborhood - quiet in spite of passing ambulances to the nearby hospital, with easy access to transport (22 tram to the castle, 6 tram to almost everything else). The hotel staff were helpful, friendly, efficient and spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was great - hot and cold dishes for varied tastes, maintained quickly and efficiently by a pleasant staff. The room was small, but the price low, so that was to be expected. Two caveats if you're elderly, as we are - there are a dozen steps up to the entrance, with no railing, and the mattress was very firm. Otherwise, a great experience, and we'd do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights this week and it was lovely. The staff that we met over the period of time of staying here were very lovely and couldn’t do any more to help us! We would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff and hotel was very nice. It was also great having people that understood us to help us get around!

Pros:
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and warm, which was quite convenient for this time of the year (February). The bed was quite large and comfortable. The hotel was extremely helpful by letting us store our bags before check-in and after check-out.
Cons:
The breakfast had low cost to value. The didn't look fresh, and there was no still water on the buffet menu (we had to ask for it). The room wasn't that spacious for two people, and both the bathroom walls as well as the walls between rooms have poor sound isolation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only staying for two nights. We were warmly welcomed today by a very helpful young man. He could not have more helpful a great start to our short break. Our room was very well presented, it is a comfortable room, and would call again.The buffet style breakfast is very good, a good selection of food. Overall this has been a great few days at the hotel would be here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely hotel. Couldn’t fault our experience. Staff were very nice, hotel room was nicely modern with air con and also was quiet at night, good location as it’s close to 2 metro stations and quite central so easy to visit all the places we wanted to. 15 minute walk from the river. Breakfast was more than satisfactory! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. You can pay for breakfast buffet every day in the morning if you like. Absolutely best breakfast buffet ever. Just 10 minutes to the nearest metro, so easy to use. 24 hrs ticket cost just 140 ck. Very quiet hotel, just lovely. Definitely would come back again. ?
