★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is spacy and comfortable, the breakfast is good. But the windows are not isolated, and can hear the busy road traffic from the street in front. Could not sleep very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were racist and extremely abrupt. There was no effort to provide an explanation when asked a question about a situation that occurred at breakfast. They used the excuse of saying that they don't speak English for their dismissive conduct. We are definitely more tolerant in England and it has made us appreciate being British.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is big but the bathroom ventilation doesn't work or the towel heater. The windows are not isolated, we hear all the noises from the street. Apart from that it's nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel good, The breakfast is tasty, if you know Russian the personnel know Russian and English. The rooms not big and not small the rooms always clean, In the rooms you have television and something like mini kitchen with mini bar and every rhing that you have if you want to use the kitchen there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location but is a bit noisy if you get the room on the street side. You must be enough tired after one day walk to sleep well. Breakfast included doesn't have to many choices but you can find something to eat and a coffee. The bathroom was clean but there was a smell of close air and the ventilation wasn't working at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ideally located. Close to Vysehrad and the Vlava embankment. Also could walk to the historical center from there.
The room was very spacious - twin beds and a sofa, equipped with kitchen facilities, shower, and with nice view. Cleaning every day.
A bit chilly in the room in January it's not pleasant.
Breakfast wasn't nice just the same sliced sausages and cheese and boiled eggs and yogurt every day, coffee also not nice but I guess for the price it was ok.
What I didn't like most is that the staff started claning and making noise every time very early in the morning around 7 a.m. and constantly woke me up!
