A budget hotel with a close proximity to the city centre: approximately 20 mins walk to the Old Town Square and only 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station (I.P Pavlova). The price we paid for the room was very good, the room was clean and the breakfast satisfactory (although you needed to get down early to have a full selection of foods!). Some points worth noting if you want to consider this hotel: The room we had was on the top floor with four windows on the ceiling. Two of which had black out shades but the other two did not, thus passed a lot of sun light through, and despite the curtains being pulled, we were awoken quite early every morning by this. At this time too there was a lot of noise that seemed to be coming from the staff beginning their shift. On one particular morning there was no hot water, not just in our room but in the entire hotel. On another occasion the towels that were replaced were torn; that to me was unacceptable and should have been discarded. Generally speaking the staff were not really friendly and the only people who spoke English were the people manning the reception area. It was not mentioned that we had to pay the city tax on departure by the receptionist. I was fully expecting to pay this but to unseasoned travelers they may find this quite daunting.

Hotel is in an excellent location, convenient for public transport, but city lovely to explore on foot. Hotel reception poor, dealt with 3 staff on reception, one was absolutely shocking, the other 2 were excellent. The man I saw didn't look up from his desk as I approached and continued doing whatever he was doing, I then started drumming my fingers on desk, again ignored, until I eventually had to speak to him, no apology given. Needs customer service training I think, or was he just naturally rude. Tea and coffee not replenished, upon asking was told there was none, next time I asked I was told it was only supplied on the first day! Breakfast was ok, very basic, but the staff serving were lovely.Bedroom clean and comfortable. A lovely garden seating area hidden away on 2nd floor. All in all I would say a budget hotel, but if I visit Prague again would look for better accommodation.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything is within walking distance and the trams and subways are just down the street. The breakfeast served at the hotel was quite dull to be fair. Service could have been better. The staff members are happy to help whenever you ask them something, but are not that helpful. I recommend using one of the many the tourist informations that are placed around town.

Make sure you take a kettle and tea / coffee with you as it is impossible to get either outside of breakfast hours and no kettle etc in the rooms. Majority of staff helpful but watch out for the very rude and shouty receptionist. Keep bottled water in your room if you're on the top floor as there is often none to be had for washing/ cleaning teeth and showering etc . We didn't have breakfast as the small dining room was completely full. Do not get make up on the towels for fear of being fined. Nice little garden area and generally ok for the price. Nice walk into the town and plenty of lovely food and coffee bars close by.

The hotel offers good services for the price. The furniture and amenities are a bit dated, but no major problems. We had an issue with one of the electricity plugs in the room, which stopped working the second we tried plugging something in, but we called reception and it was fixed promptly. Cleanliness is 7/10, but again, I think the services are fair for the prices they ask for.

Very clean bathrooms and beds etc. Their brekfast good enough and suitable time range. The hotel's walls are very thin so you can her your next room :). After all I recommend this hotel for its being budget friendly.
