J	Joe Shmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and nice the one woman working the front desk was extremely friendly and i think the place is priced pretty fairly. But what i found disturbing was you had to pay 4 euro to use the thermostat. I think if they want to save money they should get rid of the free breakfast and give people free heat and air. The breakfast isnt worth getting out of bed for. Other than that i do think the place is worth the money
D	Denitsa Pavlova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast. The location is great for tourists. Very close to I.P. Pavlova metrostaion and on a walking distance to the city centre. The only disavantage for me is that the rooms do not have balkony. The surrounding area is very good. Chek-in was a little bit slow.

We had a problem with a male receptionist at the reception on check-in, he wasnt helpful with our problem. Breakfast were nice as well, sometimes it wasnt fresh at all. It is a nice hotel for a good price.

The breakfast was not too diverse, not much options, no microwave to heat the milk for cereals, and everything was cold, there was only a small toaster placed on a table. Overall, I was disappointed with the stay and the services provided.
D	Delano Ketelings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel for 3 nights, and we have not had any issues with our stay. Everything was basic, but neat. The room was clean and fresh. The staff was also very kind. Recommend this place for sure.
C	Claudia Pastrolin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located 5 minutes from Pavlova metro station. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff was nice. I think breakfast could be upgraded a little bit, like having a toaster for toasted bread or some more variety in the cake section.
B	Bipolar Guy (Bipolar) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far one of the worst places that I have stayed in, and some parts are not because of the staff or the hotel itself, but of the guests that stayed right next to us. The rooms themselves will make you feel like you are Harry Potter when he lived under the stairs at his home. The rooms are very cramped and small, and the window is on the top, which makes it impossible to sleep since when the sun rises it shines directly into your face (the curtain is a joke). The rooms weren't that clean, but they did get cleaned every day after our first day, and they were mostly clean. The breakfast option is a joke because the Swedish table food that they offer you is not tasty and, quite frankly, very unhealthy (would not eat if you value your gut). By far, the worst thing was the Ukrainian tourists (or refugees?) that kept us awake all night. They played the TV loudly (the walls were also really thin) and kept screaming at the hours that people usually sleep in (23-6am). The exhaustion from not sleeping well made the entire experience in Prague completely awful. We and other guests informed the receptionist in regards to the noise and he said that he would take care of it (guess what, he did not). In the end, we had to threaten the hotel management that we would call the police ourselves, and that calmed the Ukranians for a bit. I do not recommend this place, and if you value your money and time, you should search for another hotel.
