★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I appreciated was that the hotel was very clean, good breakfast and the location si quite close to tourists attractions. However, I was expecting a fridge in room and some flipflops..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty much as I expected - a small city hotel. Rooms aren't huge. It's very clean and functional - the in-bath shower and flat screen TV both worked properly. There was a hairdryer and a small safe (free for guests - thanks!) Some other hotels charge for their safe.
The receptionist was very helpful with information at check in - recommending a very good local bar restaurant (Kozlovna) about 500 metres away. The hotel has no bar - a slight negative point - but there is a shaded courtyard at the back and a drinks dispenser for coffees and soft drinks. I brought in a couple of beers from the several small supermarkets nearby and enjoyed those in the garden.
The buffet breakfast had a very good choice - cooked bacon eggs and sausage, several breads for toasting, cakes & pastries, two kinds of rolls, cold ham, salami and 2 cheeses. There were some vegetarian options - such as boiled eggs, peppers, tomatoes, hummus, and also tuna. A decent selection of fresh and tinned fruits on show. And of course coffee and teas, plus 3 juices: orange apple and tropical.
Location isn't ideal - it's in the new town - so allow 30 minutes on foot to the main train station, and around a leisurely hour or so to Charles bridge, approximately 1.5 miles away. More to the palace and castle. But it's only a few minutes walk to I. P. Pavlova Metro station where there are links to the Prague tram system.
There are plenty of small local restaurants, cafes and bars close by - I used Kozlovna, Matylda, and Johnny Pizza - but there are several others only a few minutes walk away.
I was on the fifth floor at the back of the hotel - but I guess the west side rooms may get traffic noise from the busy Legerova street on the side.
If I returned to Prague I'd probably try to find somewhere more central but I was very happy with the hotel and the service. A nice stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are completely adequate for a shirt stay. Two single beds put together to make a double room, pretty comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes, bit not many hangers for your easy creasing garments. Safe in the room that uses a code. Powerful easy to use shower and a hair dryer in the bathroom which doesn't have a lot of power. There's a dressing table available with no mirror next to it, there is a full body mirror in the room as well. Bedding and towels changed daily, all maid service daily, Incredibly clean hotel, absolutely spotless. Staff were incredibly friendly and as helpful as possible despite language barriers. Great little smoking area in the back of the hotel, which closes at 10pm to respect those asleep. Shops around the corner for the customers cincence, open til very late.. sells any snacks etc you may need. Breakfast was not bad at all. Bacon, sausage, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs followed with huge amounts of fruit, cheese, bread, cereal, cakes and croissants. There are many other extras you csn pay for such as laundry etc. There is no bar In the hotel so the only way you csn buy drinks etc are vending machines after breakfast time. Free WiFi, not the best but it is there.
Huge distance away from the old town square, around 25 min walk... which is where you get the hop on hop off buses to see the sites etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a kind of price-performance hotel... Breakfest is well enough, rooms are nice but the heating is provided with air condition... Staff is really kind and helpful.. The location is not far away from the city center and located really close to I.P. Pavlova Station which you can find a lot of public transport options... So it is recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 nights there, and we had a room just in front of the elevator, so it was very noisy. We also had a twin bed while we prefer a double bed and couldn’t change because the hotel was full….
The room was clean, and comfort is basic. Definetely not a real 4 stars hotel. While the price is expensive.
Breakfast is so-so, many things but not very tasty.
The hotel is located in Prague 2, good area just a little bit out of downtown (10 minutes walking).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staying! Staff absolutely on top, both reception and breakfast. I've been quite demanding, so they accommodated my requests accordingly!
My room was quite basic, not great, but neither bad, it was clean, so I gave 4.
Only 5 min far from public transport, some restaurants and pubs, but not much choice.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was overall a nice experience. They allowed us to check in early as they had room availability. Staff was friendly. They have a service to store your bags in the reception in case you cannot do an early check in or you need to check out and have a late check out, just for 25 CZK per bag.
Excellent buffet breakfast is something that I just must mention.
Only con is that the heating system was very unintuitive and we run out of shower gel (they have a dispense system, not individual soap bars).
The price was very economical, we paid 106EUR for 2 nights with the excellent breakfast included.
Location was good close to the national museum. However streets close to the hotel can be lonely at night, stay alert (we had an unfortunate event of a man following us, luckily we realized and took action).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the city center, there is also metro and tram station nearby, which makes traveling around the city much easier. Room was perfect clean and incredibly cozy(super soft towels, by the way). Breakfast was included in the price, and was really tasty, there were so many options, that I couldn't even choose. Hotel is non-smoking, but they have this lovely courtyard, where I could enjoy my morning coffee and cigarette. Well, and the most amazing thing about this hotel was friendly and qualified stuff (receptionists, chambermaids, waitresses). I really felt welcomed there and I will definitely come back next time I'm in Prague.
