W	Wesley Store on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its budget accommodation which it fills the need for. However, I would recommend booking a 4 star as its so much difference in quality. The rooms looked nothing like what was advertised. Wifi was charged at a extortionate price as well. Breakfast and the bathroom were good.
C	Carolina Alberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff was very impolite, sometimes they acted like they didn't hear me while I was trying to talk to them. Furthermore I'd suggest to learn how to smile so that you don't seem annoyed by who's talking to you. They treated us in a very rude way, remember we were your guests. I'm giving 2 stars cause one girl of the stuff was actually nice and kind (the youngest one with purple hair) and she should teach the others how to do their job. The food was normal, I'm not particularly disappointed.

On the down side, breakfast finish hour was a bit harshly imposed, we couldn't stay sitting there finishing slowly our coffees even if the food was removed. Rooms on the 6th floor have ceiling slope really low so we bumped our heads multiple times. Wifi is not free of charge in rooms (only at the reception).
p	planestranger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location and the price of the hotel are probably the two key points. It's just the real center of the city not far from pretty much anything. There is a place for taxi or uber to stop just near the entrance. Though rooms with windows to the street may be too noisy to sleep. Staff is professional and polite. All receptionists speak English. Included breakfasts were great: meat, eggs, cheese, salads, pasta, vegetables, muesli, bakery, tea, coffee, juices. Nobody will go away hungry. Rooms have multiple power sockets and bed lights. However be prepared to Type E sockets. Bathrooms with bathtubs are very space efficient and comfortable, though same can't be said about tiny bathrooms with just showers. There are small hair dryers in the bathrooms. Spacious elevator works fine. The hotel is generally wheelchair accessible. The main downside is Wi-Fi that is slow to the point of complete uselessness to even view static web pages, let alone any multimedia or interactivity, so you'll have to think about your own mobile internet access. Also the furniture is pretty old and sometimes unreliable.

G	Garima Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely experience. Easily reachable, near the old town, english speaking receptionists & helpful in nature, quite affordable. Roos are white clean and beautiful. The best part of my stays was: Morning breakfast (included), quality & variety.
J	Joey Pierce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical post soviet decor, TV must be 30 years old not that I'd watch it. Pillows & mattress were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was included. It's all cold slabs of processed meats as you'd expect with options of some cereals etc. Staff was friendly. It's a case of get what you pay for. At the end of the day your not going to be spending much time there, it's just a place to sleep at night. The rooms were clean and kept clean

Guests (maybe some workers) on my floor behaved very loudly, even in midnight (drinking, laughing, stomping, moving furniture at 11 p.m. so my room was shaking...)The staff didn't solve situation at all. I appreciate at least the clean room and good breakfast.
