Great hotel with beautiful rooms. Lovely staff that is extremely helpful. We got our room early, it was clean and tidy. The hotel is close to the Palladium mall and in a centre location. I will definitely recommend it to anyone that travels to Prauge! The breakfast is really good and the staff in the restaurant is really pleasant.

Tasty coffee. Beautiful setting. Orders can be made on tablets. Fast service. Orders are accepted only in Czech or English. In Russian, the waiters refuse to take orders or answer questions, while they themselves speak Russian very loudly in the presence of guests. With this attitude, it is better to drink coffee elsewhere.

Not sure where to start with this. I have stayed in maybe hundreds of hotels over the last 10 years through work and pleasure. I have never had such a infuriating experience as here. This hotel is only about taking your money. The check-in process is an headache because, again, they only want your money. they blocked €325 for a 2 night stay. We got to our room which can only be described as a dark cupboard, with a tiny window with no sunlight which could not be reached to open. Unfortunately we had to check-out due to a health emergency about 2 hours later, which is where the real fun begins So we were charged the one night stay of €155, which we paid immediately (even though they had blocked our €325) saying, "It's no problem, we can sort everything by email." 5 days later our €325 had still not been returned, my wife called the hotel, where a lady was extremely rude, she said "I will check" and slammed the phone down. My wife called again the following day only to be told "Nobody here knows anything about what you are asking". After more back and forth emails over days, we still have no resolution. We are still in email correspondence with them, which they have finally said our funds will be released within the next 7 days!!!! An absolute disgrace! I advise you to avoid this place like the plague. And please read deeper into the reviews before booking. There are plenty of better, friendlier and more professional hotels in Prague. I am only glad we never actually stayed over night as many reviews have stated that the extra charges for your stay are horrendous.

We were really happy with this place. Service, room and the hotel itsself were great and it's in a perfect location. The breakfast especially was absolutely stunning! Only thing to change in our opinion is the temperature of the pool. For the love of god, please turn it up 3-5 degrees. ? This hotel can be recommended to anyone visiting Prague!

We arrived to be greeted like regular guests, a gentleman from the staff raced out to greet us and take our luggage, it felt like he knew us and was waiting for us, even though it was our first visit. The staff can only be described as excellent, professional and very friendly but what really got my attention was the fact that they are genuine. Breakfast was excellent, the room and especially the bed was luxurious. Highlight and special mention to Emily at reception who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us great tips for Prague city. Gavin and Petra

The hotel welcomes you with a glass of champagne. The night brings ice cream to the room. The Majesty Lounge is the perfect space for a business breakfast. A truly luxury class hotel. The only problem was that the button on the electric curtain on the side of my bed didn't work - and I had to move to the other side. I really enjoyed this hotel.

I can be quite demanding and have high expectations regarding hospitality, but our stay at Kings Court was just perfect. From start to finish a perfect customer journey. The front desk reception (Emily) was professional, quick, friendly and customer oriented. The stay was perfect: breakfast delicious, room comfortable, beds very good, service excellent. Jan, the Hotel Bar Manager is great! He made delicious cocktails, so we went for drinks in the hotel bar every night of our stay. The hotels location is also ideal. Walking distance from all the nice hot spots. And also the ending of our visit went smooth again, with the help of Dan, who helped us with luggage and a cab to the airport. All in all a great lovely stay! In case we revisit Prague, we will stay at the Kings Court Hotel for sure!

Nice hotel in perfect location close to the old town. The rooms have a good size with very comfortable beds. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. A point to improve is the restaurant. Since the plates are not heated, the food gets cold quickly. Also difficult to understand, during our stay it was mandatory to wear a face mask inside. The stuff really didn't care about many guests that didn't follow that requirement. The room service is coming quite late in the afternoon. In our case it was always at a time when we wanted to get ready for dinner. We even ordered room service earlier, but that didn't work. Those points made that the 5 star feeling didn't come up.
