G	Gautam Nayak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever change your money here - a complete rip off. They offered a rate of 26 per Euro but were giving me only 18, claiming the balance was their commission. When I told them I don't want to change the money, they offered 22. They finally agreed to pay 25.

At their office located a short walk from Florenc station, I asked for the rate, was promised a value, and was handed a much less amount, only to find out that I was being charged 28% commission, whereas almost all the other exchange offices charge 0 commission. I refused the deal & withdrew my money back. She tried to make a new deal of 14% commission which was still absurd in comparison to all other exchange offices. For the best rate, go to the one right across the Chocolate Museum.

We have the receirpts and we will published them.There will be notification everywhere, in all the media( facebook, twitter e.t.c) so nowone can go back there. we were given 1 euro to 18 exchange rates while in reality it was 1 euro to 25 of their coins. Not only this when we want to take our money back the other day they said to us that they exchange 30czk to 1 euro. We give 200 euros and they give us 3657czk and the other day we give them 3000czk and they give us 100 euros. OMG!!! THEY STOLE FROM US 70EUROS BECAUSE WE SPEND ONLY 657czk! The worst expirience ever with someone arriving in Prague. SCAMMERS!!!

When we understood it and came back within 3 hours at 21:57(normally all work till 22) they were closed from 21:55!!! So we lost around 60-70 euros. Never go here! Use ATM or change Euro in the shop (you can pay and get change in crowns).

Very unprofessional arrogant man behind the window, i had to call police, he was not frightened.... after 20 minutes of discussing and making a video, money back. P	P Sweany on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most difficult lessons an aspiring world traveler must learn is to never, ever, ever, ever, exchange their money at the airport. And especially not at Interchange. This company is one of the greediest and most dishonest operations I have ever experienced. I am surprised that the tourism department in Czechia even allows them in the airport. They are not doing much to cultivate international relations. Where ever you can, use your credit card. Your transactions are secure and you will get a real-time exchange rate. If you need to change some cash, check the current exchange rates on your phone and then go shopping for the rate that comes closest to it. Just remember to stay away from the ORANGE
F	Felix Barkhahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use Interchange. It is that simple. Inform yourself online which exchange services to use best and avoid interchange exchange stations. They are unprofessional, they will give you a terrible course and their atms will offer mostly withdrawals of large sums. Sadly we arrived in town rather late and had to get money somewhere. Luckily for us we only exchanged a small amount. All in all they took about 14% (official commission + their offered exchange rate) which for 134€ is still close to 19€
K	Kanika Saxena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T EXCHANGE YOUR CURRENCY HERE. Worst place for currency exchange. They are cheats and thieves who CHARGE 28% COMMISSION and take away 1/4 of your hard earned money. And they don't even tell you. They just make you sign a form so that you can't complain and can't ask for a refund, and then they stuff the bill in your face. We just got looted and feel like idiots.
