J	Jitka Kroupová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi chutné jídlo.Snídaně čerstvě připravené pokrmy z vajec dle přání,široký výběr ovoce,palačinky,uzeniny,sýry atd. Večeře také velmi chutné.Níže špatně hodnocený suchý borůvkový knedlik jsem dnes měla na oběd a byl famózní. Pokoje velmi prostorné,vybavení hotelu a prostředí moc fajn.Je sice slyšet všechno hlavně z chodeb,ale ok ? Moc milý personál.Všichni se k nám chovali moc hezky. Very tasty food. Breakfast freshly prepared egg dishes on request, a wide selection of fruits, pancakes, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. Dinner also very tasty. Below I had a poorly rated dry blueberry dumpling for lunch and was famous. Rooms very spacious, hotel facilities and environment very nice. It is possible to hear everything mainly from the corridors, but ok ? Very nice staff. They all treated us very nicely.
A	Alena Kendereski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše postřehy k pobytu v hotelu Obzor V zimě není možné zaparkovat u hotelu. Auto musíte nechat v Peci v Parkovacím domě a rolbou se nechat dopravit do hotelu - 1000,- Kč, zpátky totéž. V hotelu byste měli dostat Kartu hosta, kde je sleva na parkování v Parkovacím domě. Tu jsme nedostali a za parkování zaplatili dvojnásobek. Při reklamaci se vymluvili na velké vytížení během svátků(což vůbec nebyla pravda). Omluvy jsme se nedočkali. Při příjezdu do hotelu jsme museli shánět někoho, kdo by nás ubytoval. V pokoji chyběla židle, potíže byly s televizí, úložný prostor naprosto nedostačující. Úklid nefungoval vůbec, po naší urgenci nám asi 2 dny před odjezdem vyměnili ručníky. V koupelně byl nedostatek háčků na pověšení, chyběly sklenice, poličky na kosmetiku….. V předsíni nebyl věšák, háčky, nic, kam by se dalo pověsit oblečení. Jídlo by nebylo špatné, ale většinou přesolené. Štědrovečerní večeře nám byla “naservírována” na neprostřený stůl. Obsluha - džíny a trička. Mezi sjezdovkou a hotelem je poměrně vysoká zídka, která není na zasněženém terénu viditelná. Naši známí ji při dojezdu k hotelu přehlédli a spadli, naštěstí bez většího zranění. Na naše upozornění personál nereagoval. Celkový dojem - velmi špatný, proto se sem už nikdy nevrátíme! Our observations on staying at the Obzor hotel In winter it is not possible to park at the hotel. You must leave your car in Pec in the Parking House and to be transported to the hotel by snowmobile - 1000 CZK, back the same. You should receive a Guest Card at the hotel, where there is a discount on parking in the Parking House. We didn't get it and paid twice for parking. During the complaint, they apologized for the heavy workload during the holidays (which was not true at all). We didn't get an apology. On arrival at the hotel we had to look for someone to accommodate us. There was no chair in the room, there was a problem with the TV, there was not enough storage space. The cleaning didn't work at all, after our urgency they changed our towels about 2 days before departure. In the bathroom there was a lack of hooks for hanging, there were no glasses, shelves for cosmetics… .. There was no hanger in the hall, no hooks, nothing to hang clothes on. The food would not be bad, but mostly salted. Christmas Eve dinner was "served" to us at an unopened table. Service - jeans and t-shirts. There is a relatively high wall between the ski slope and the hotel, which is not visible on the snowy terrain. Our acquaintances overlooked her on the way to the hotel and fell, fortunately without any major injuries. The staff did not respond to our warning. Overall impression - very bad, so we will never come back here!

J	Jiří Vlček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful rooms and really nice crew. The food was amazing. Localization of the hotel is ok in summer but in winter must be really convenient becouse of ski slopes.

Liked · - modern stylish interior - nice comfortable rooms (although we were missing carpets) - nice and tasty breakfast with friendly staff serving them - nice indoor and outdoor seating - nice staff Disliked · COMM: - no communication from hotel (they don't reply on emails) ACCESS: - very limited parking spots (we were forced to park 'on a ski slope') - maybe for 6-8 cars - the surrounding looks like hotel is still under construction (mud, rocks,..) - you better take SUV if you want to stay safe and not to damage your car ROOM: - we have found urine on the toilet (bathroom) from previous guests probably - rooms are not cleaned by housekeeping during multi-day stay COVID: - staff not obeying governments acts on restrictions (masks, distance, bar closing hours) and influencing guests not to follow these FOOD: - standard food little over-salted and spices overused - long wait on food serving - price/quality/amount not in balance PARTY: - during our stay the owners were celebrating something therefore there was a loud music in the bar/restaurant (and loud people) till after midnight which prevented guests to sleep as you were able to hear all this noise in rooms - helpless situation you don't want to experience
E	Elliot Jalley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and relaxed hotel suitable for families. It's expensive, probably due to the location right on the ski slope rather than the quality of the hotel itself. In winter, if you have bags and ski equipment you'll need to count on a taxi at 800kc to get you from Pec parking to the hotel.
