★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, but this is not a 3-star-hotel! It is a low budget motel. Everything is of cheapest quality, including the breakfast. Very low security level, very loud doors, many things broken such as the shower head and hose, no electric plugs incl. TV working (the receptionist just laughed), light flashing/broken, one chair broken, blurry towels. In our opinion, rather choose a good hostel than this place. I've worked in that business and I've seen many hostels/hotels - personally, I couldn't offer such a standard to customers with clear conscience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is just low budget option to stay in Prague. Underground is 2 mins away and it takes 3 stops to get to the Old Town. Rooms were pretty clean and staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast is a joke, it's not what you can see on photos it's actually very poor choice and poor quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal hotel from the range of cheaper places. For one night business trip it was quite OK. Beds could be more comfortable. I'll probably stay here again. Breakfast was surprisingly good. No big issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is fine,nothing special.Bed was not really comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was good. There is TV in the room but everything was synchronized to Czech. Metro is 2-3 minutes away walking distance in a shopping center underground. There is a bar in a hall with coffee machine and tea,and it is free to make yourself coffee/tea anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a cheap hotel, and in way you get what you pay for, although I had higher expectations based on the rating at Booking. It is rather old, they still use keys at the doors, which need some maintenance by the way. Acoustic isolation is not existent and the beds are not particularly comfortable. The size of the room is decent. While not very central, it is very close to the metro and tram lines, which provides for a good connection to the city centre. The personnel is kind, but the English knowledge is limited. The breakfast is minimalistic and not of great quality...but again considering the price just fine. Recommended only for people travelling on a budget for a short period. If you want comfort , then you should avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not all the staff knows english. The rooms are relatively clean, but the furniture is really old. The rooms from the back have no natural light. But a good location - just a few minutes away from the metro or tram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Very abusive behavior. I booked a room through booking.com recieved an electronic confirmation but when I got there the receptionist who was probably Chinese behaved very abusively and denied any booking with them very bluntly! Didn't even wanted to look at the booking confirmation! I had experienced such behavior first time in my life. There is something fishy about this hotel so be cautious.
