Pritty old style / soviet outfit, which can be both advantage as disadvantage. Window in the room was really hard to close. And the worst was, that in the spa area, which appeared to be really small for such a huge hotel, was pretty cold. There was only one jacuzzi, where only 4 people were allowed, so we had to wait 40 minutes to get in, after what it appeared to be really cold, so we left it after 5 minutes, freezing. Plastic bottled water in mini bar. Window view from the twenties floor on the sleeping/urban area... From advantages: clean, really huge and comfortable bed, bathtub in the room and really good breakfast, impressive building.

Hotel was formerly a nice place however the rooms are a bit dated. Then unit provided was somewhat OK for 2 people with a comfy king bed. Furniture is old but OK. Bathroom is very small with dated fixtures. Very conveniently next to the Arcady Prankac shopping centre and C metro line. Shopping is big and offers cheap options for lunch/dinner.

We’ve decided to treat Our parents to stay for the weekend in Panorama hotel for their 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel has a beautiful spa and lovely clean rooms. They were greeted with a smile by the reception staff who also organised a little surprise for them for the wedding anniversary. My parents were absolutely amazed by the hotel hospitality and how the hotel went the extra mile to look after them. Thank you Panorama Hotel for an amazing experience and making my parents wedding anniversary unforgettable!

Edit: sorry I add 1 star by mistake! Everything was fine! The room and the hotel is amazing. The staff very good also and they organize my girlfriend's surprise party very well! The only thing I didn't like was the jacuzzi on 24th floor. The water wasn't so clean and many clients stayed in jacuzzi for about 2 3 hours. I manage to get only once.

Went for a couple's weekend. We were able to get early check-in and late check-out for free. The lady at the front desk was not very nice. The hotel is quite old, the appliances as well, has a soviet-era fell. | Room - was quite basic and clean. just ok, nothing fancy, windows can be opened, the air-con works fine but very loud. | Bathroom - very tiny, barely fits 2 at once. Shower inside the bath with curtain. Tap to run the water in sink was barely working, hair dryer from the 80's.| SPA - very very basic. pool is small, jacuzzi is always full. gym is a laugh, just random equipment standing very close to each other. | Breakfast/Restaurant - for a vegan there is barely anything to eat, there are some vegetarian options. | Staff - after several interactions with the staff I have mixed feelings, but the first impression was not great. everyone barely smiles and not often uses the works like "please" "thank you" or "how can I help" etc.

It was a great time. Much needed escape from Germany and their 1940s rules and restrictions. The Panorama is a pleasent time warp. Reminds me of hotels from the late 90s or early 00s. Maybe it's still the decor from this Era? If so it's well maintained. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Just a nice time in a nice environment. Not a modern hotel by any stretch of the imagination but modern isn't so promising these days. This took us back to a simpler time. We will be back.

Lovely hotel are room price included breakfast and use of the swimming pool jacuzzi gym and sauna rooms. There was a great variety of breakfast things to choice from. Rooms are clean and tidy beds are nice and soft only downside is there’s only a few English speaking channels. The staff are helpful especially Petr Havlicek he was very helpful and friendly even explaining different wines to us and made us feel very welcome
