★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if the place is quite expensive for what it offers, the hotel Is very nice, the fairy tale houses are amazing and the area is amazing as well. During winter with snow is magical. Worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 night stay in their VIP room. As in paper it was what they call "Polpenzion" but they still billed us a dinner extra. One of the nights should be a romantic dinner for two. When we asked server what it was his reply was "same as normal dinner, no difference of whatsoever". They promoted it in website as separate thing.
Check in is from 15:00, our room was not ready until 16:00 which means that they could not prepare a room in 6 hours, since check-out is at 10:00.
Even in their room description paper where are all the house rules are stated there was no room service of whatsoever. They do not change blankets or restock minibar or give fresh towels.
They have constructuon site(restauration of hotel) and they start using hydraulic hammer at 07:00, it is vacation, people should have peace to Relax.
VIP room is the best they have but still the walls seperating rooms is simple drywall so basicly you can hear evry fart from your neighbour.
Because of little rain parking space was basicly pool of mud.
Positive thing was that room looked really like on photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cute hotel. Surprisingly, despite chilly and rainy weather, it was full of families with children. Food was homemade and very tasty. The views of Vysocina from the hotel are beautiful. There are quite limited facilities inside the hotel, for example, its indoor pool is of the size of a Jacuzzi.
