The best is the nepasterovany beer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! Excellent location, wonderful food and just brilliant staff. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area. Rooms are also of a high standard. Large playground for the kids too and all within sight of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for both the hotel and the restaurant. The location is perfect, with beautiful view and in a very quiet and beautiful environment (unless the guests themselves make noise), the rooms are clean and ok-furnished. The food a la carte in the evening is indeed very good, during the day the food is average and in self-service style. The restaurant staff is somewhat stressed out/snappy. Would go there again, but preferably in a low/shoulder season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there only for a quick break from Cross country skiing. Nice and cosy restaurant, quite cheap meals that looked very delicious. Nice staff smiling on every guest. Although there was so many people, that I couldn't find a place to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time here, but my mom has been here at least 5 times. We love it here. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is amazing, lunch and dinner pretty good and there is a nice playground with sandbox. The surroundings are beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 4 nights in the apartment No. 6, our stay was just ok. The apartment is full of stairs (incredible, see prictures!!), with thin walls (you hear neighbours and even water in the pipelines). There is no shower, only a bath with a broken tap.
The receptionist and the maids were kind and helpful.
In the restaurant the staff was about to fall asleep, no effort observed. The coffee was very poor, and expensive.
When the automatic coffee machine broke for breakfast, they did not even bother to put a sign on it.
The food was under-everage. We tried 2 dinners - meat was dry, dumplings and plates cold. For the rest of our stay we decided to cook in the apartment.
At least the Pilsner beer is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting here few years in a row for lunch and have to say service and quality of food has gone down. Price quality ratio in some dishes are poor as last time goulash was impossible to chew and not tender at all. Too few staff for the busiest lunch time and no smile on anybody's face. Only positive thing is the newly renovated kid's playground.
