★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think there are words to explain just how great Hotel Residence Agnes was. From airport pick up (highly recommend - it felt like a private tour) to a glass of wine waiting on arrival for us, which then quickly turned into three. Everyone made us feel so welcome, especially the wonderful Elena! The hotel room was compact but had great touches, bathroom lovely and the location was literally three streets away from the main square. What really made the difference was the attentiveness of the staff - nothing was too much. You couldn't walk through the hotel without being offered a glass of wine or beer, if you were hungry they'd offer to prepare something for you, the owner even dropped us off at a market on our final day. I'd never stay anywhere else in Prague, and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel Staff are helpful and friedly, always taking care that the customer has advice for his visit to the city.
Breakfast is good.
The interior of the hall is bright and pleasant.
The rooms are a bit cold in winter and would be welcomed a rack for the coats to be left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing hotel. All the staff are helpful and nice. The customer service is 10/10. I read most of the previous comments about the customer service and I can say all of them are true. They go above and beyond to make you happy. They provide free rides to the places nearby. The hotel staff provide recommendations for sight seeing visits. Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The rooms are also clean. This is best hotel that I have stayed in Europe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ outstanding. The staff is kind and caring and make your stay perfect. Probably the best welcome I had in the last decade. The hotel is simple but every aspect of it is outstanding. Cleaness, breakfast, services, size of the room, calm, etc ... I really have no negative points in mind and I will remember this place. If I ever go to Prague again, I will go to this place again, even If I usually like to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best owner and staff that we've ever encountered at a hotel. Read the rest of these reviews and note a recurring theme about great service, great location, and a great facility. I was skeptical that any hotel could really live up to all of these positive reviews, but this place actually does...100%. Don't miss out on a great experience if you are going to Prague. Hotel Agnes sets the bar for us very high for future hotel visits elsewhere. Our thanks to Frank and his entire staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, this was by far the best hotel experience ever. The customer service is at another level here. Every single staff member treats you like you are part of the family. They sit down individually with you upon arrival, pour you wine/beer/ coffee (whatever your heart desires) as they check you in and tell you all about Prague and where to go. Heck, they even have a driver that will drive you where you want to go if you don't want to walk. Bkfst was included and the DRINKS ??☕ were pretty much all inclusive to my surprise. Rooms were nicer in real life than even the website shows. Perfect stay, I can't thank the staff enough. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. Location is great as well. You will NOT regret your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I begin writing of the kindness, service and many other things the staff provides, I will have to write an essay! Simply the best, starting with pick ups; drop offs, complimentary wine; beer (through out the day!!!) - UNLIMITED; water, tea, coffee, ice cream, snacks and much, much more. My wife asked for desert, they had it available in 2 minutes (complimentary). I was looking for cigar shop, they drove me to a cigar shop and then to the train station (again complimentary). I wanted a simple local restaurant, Frank, the manager, walked with me and got the table during rush hour. This is a little boutique gem hotel in the center of Prague. Very conveniently located among many eateries and other attractions. 10 minutes stroll to Charles Bridge. Besides other beautiful buildings and sites in the city of Prague, this place will satisfy your travel. When I plan to return, it will be only Agnes Hotel!!! Thank you for making it so satisfying and pleasant !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the best hotel I've ever seen. The staff is amazing. The welcomed us like I've never been welcomed before. They made us feel very comfortable from the moment we stepped in. A parking space was ready for me, they invited us to have a seat and to drink something immediately. They told us very precious advices about Prague and about the best spots to see and best restaurants in the city. The room was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. It's litteraly the best hotel experience of my life. No hesitation guys.
