Z	Zoí Kizaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is perfectly located, everything is reachable by walking. The staff was absolutely kind, also the breakfast options were wide, so we couldn't complain. If we are coming back to Prague, I'm positive that we will choose this place again.

The room was large enough but the design of the room was not really pleasant and it was old. It is right that the restaurant was busy but it is nice for everyone to keep their smile. Intotal it was good for a 3stars hotel.

I couldn't stay for breakfast so I was offered packed breakfast to take with me. It's in walking distance to the city centre, tube, bus stops, coach and train stations.

The rooms were clean, the bed extremely comfortable and a very solid shower. Breakfast was lovely, and the location in the city was just perfect for walking around the Old Town and seeing the sights. Without a doubt though, the best thing about Residence Bene is the staff. They were unfailingly polite and helpful throughout and I couldn't praise them more. We were all delighted with our stay and would definitely come back - highly recommended!

The staffs are super friendly and rooms are clean with a very comfy beds. I will recommend to everyone. And will definitely be back again♥️

The pricing and the services are really good. The rooms are clean, simple and welcoming while being very well lit. The hotel is 5 mins away from most destinations (old town, restaurants, metro station, etc.) The breakfast is just enough to fuel you up with enough energy to start your day. Highly recommend for anyone!

The staff are super friendly and they offer the possibility to buy the local currency at a fair price which was very convenient. The staff were all the time in the lobby and they reply friendly to questions about the city. The only thing to improve is the variety of the breakfast. It was too simple and not tasty. Second day I preferred to not take the breakfast in the restaurant and rather enjoy food in the Easter market. I would definitively recommend to stay in this hotel, but not to have high expectations with breakfast or better book it without it.

Room was great, comfortable bed, great bathroom and a balcony. A solid breakfast in the morning available until 10:00. Location is fantastic. Great value for money and would absolutely stay again.
