★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Buchung wurde sehr spontan storniert und uns wurde eine nur halb so große Ersatzwohnung mit zu wenigen Schlafgelegenheiten angeboten. Unsere Nachfrage nach Preisnachlass aufgrund der Umstände wurde recht patzig beantwortet. Der Gastgeber beharrte auf dem vollen Preis und bestand dadrauf das die neue Wohnung nur dank Klimaanlage ein Upgrade sei. Im Endeffekt haben wir dann unseren Urlaub storniert. Der Gastgeber ist sehr unzuverlässig, unkooperativ und nur bedingt freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft auf keine Fall empfehlen.
The booking was canceled very spontaneously and we were offered a replacement apartment that was only half the size and had too few beds. Our request for a price reduction due to the circumstances was answered quite snotty. The host insisted on full price and insisted that the new apartment was only an upgrade thanks to the air conditioning. In the end we canceled our vacation. The host is very unreliable, uncooperative and only partially friendly. We definitely cannot recommend the accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, clean, well decorated and organised, comfy, qouit, safe.
It have security door enter by password, it have plaza with little cafe and resturant on the ground floor.
It's very nice, defiantly I will come back to this place
The only one annoying thing is the elevator. It's very old and very slow.
I wish that on my next visit it will be replaced with a new one
