Butcher at the cutting plant
There is nothing more to be said about him but that he is a good boy! I've never seen him angry. When I take a new colleague through the operation and tell them about safety pitfalls and the need to wear protective equipment, I cite him as an example of a rule-disobeying rascal who almost snipped off his balls with a knife. But everything turned out well and Honza has a beautiful daughter. He never refuses to help. He's also from a butcher's family and sometimes assists his dad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious burgera and pastrami ! This is the meat shop, where You can also drink a beer and eat delicious food! The food is quite expensive, but meat quality is perfect - each bite is super tasty and worth it’s price. There is some place outside of the shop where You can eat while standing, and take a look on the kitchen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beer on draft, meat fresher than fresh, and great customer service. We were on our way to the train station leaving Prague so we had a tartare order to eat there with some good beer then a pastrami and sausage (both recommended by the staff) to eat on the journey. Probably our favorite meal of the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best meat shop & butcher in Prague. Everything is completely worth it and the quality is sensational.
You can buy ready made meals such as delicious burgers, juicy steaks, amazing sausages or pastrami sandwiches and you can buy or order meat for your home cooking or grilling.
Lots of sauces, side meals and crispy bread to go with the meat.
My latest fav is the grilled liver and variations of sausages. Besides of the super friendly staff, the owner , Mr.Kšána, is often at the spot preparing and serving the meals with love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small butcher's shop with a small dine-in area for sampling the freshly prepared meats.
Staff are friendly and happy to talk you through what they have available on the day based on your taste preferences e.g. fatty, tender, marbling or no marbling etc.
The wagyu burger is one of the best burgers I've ever tasted! Fresh medium rare smashed patty, lightly brined fresh gherkins and mild wholegrain mustard in a toasted bun. Perfection.
Selection of sausages was lovely. The spicy sausage was the standout.
There is beer on tap, unlimited water refills and refreshments available.
This is a busy shop with locals popping in to pick up their daily meats with regular queues. Be aware that there is only a maximum of 4 tables that seat 8 people within the shop.

A friend recommended me a burger and swore it was the most delicious I had ever eaten.
I arrived and ordered the premium burger with stale meat.
I'm telling you, the friend was not wrong
The best hamburger I have eaten not in Europe, but in the world !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing burgers and sandwiches. It is also a very popular butcher. I had the Wagyu Cheeseburger and it was amazing. My wife had the Roast beef sandwich and loved it. This is a MUST when in Prague. Really good service and atmosphere as well.
