L	Lars Dijkstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for around 5 days with a group of students. Everything was clean en orderly. The people working there very polite and there was a relaxed ambiance. They also give a lot of free supplies at the reception. So i rate 5/5

K	Kerwin Gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware. I took my wife to Prague for nine days over the holidays to celebrate her 50th birthday. I selected the Old Town Square Hotel and Apartments, because I thought she would really enjoy the location. I wanted the "apartment" with the balcony, so that we could overlook the square, the Christmas trees, and festivities. To assure that there would be no misunderstandings, because this was a very important trip, I telephoned the hotel and spoke with a woman whose name Trip Advisor rules prohibit me from revealing. I agreed to the price that she quoted for the "apartment" and I guaranteed it. I made the arrangements six months in advance. When we arrived, we were told, "Situation is changed and our only room with balcony is occupied by someone else over the entire Christmas and New year. We have reserved a nice and comfortable Double Room for you." Although quite large, by European standards, our room, number 17, had no view whatsoever. I can only surmise that they got a better price for the "apartment" as the season drew closer, and simply took it upon themselves, with no notice, to downgrade us. Avoid this hotel.
S	S Sultan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely and quaint hotel that has a personality of its own. The staff were amazing, they really took care of us. The location is in the old town square so you're really in the heart of Prague and the famous astronomical clock was just 10 to 20 meters away. A charming hotel set in an 800 year old building with all of the modern amenities one could ask for. I will always stay here.

BUT as the hotel is located deep inside a touristy restaurant, I had to pass the restaurant to go to my room. And then, one of the restaurant employees asked me to pay 5 euro for passing the facility, when I said I was a hotel guest simply passing the restaurant!! Obviously he was joking, but it was definitely not a pleasant encounter. They should be more professional, considering they are working at such a hot tourism spot.
D	Danny Dike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was brilliant overlooking the square. You might enjoy a meal at the White Horse in the 12th century cellar below the hotel. And the setup is great for large families too - our crew of 6 fit comfortably in the family room! The staff here was amazingly helpful and friendly - helping with bags, taking family to the room while I was finishing checkin paperwork, recommending and reserving dinner for us, giving us sightseeing tips for the city, preparing a taxi for our departure. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

A	Alexander Magnis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious rooms in the heart of Prague. We had a view of the Old Town Market and the Astronomical Clock from our room. It does not get any better than this! The rooms are well insulated so you hear very little of the life in the square with the windows closed. There is a communal kitchen that can be used if needed, which is handy when traveling with kids. Very nice team!
