L	Lee Chin Tatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in on May, room is spacious, but it may be stuffy during spring as they are no window to open at our unit. The operator ask us to open the door during our sleep which we feel not secure. Pillow is too soft. Overall is a good place to stay.

I placed a booking back in January before Covid-19 started for September so no one had any idea what was going to happen. I sent an email about 4 weeks ago requesting an update to Covid-19 and to see what situation the hotel was in but I haven't received any response. I've now written approx 6-7 emails with no response and I've tried calling and didn't get an answer. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of response. I hope this gets someone's attention so they can contact me ASAP.

Just be aware that, in summer don't get the top most floor apartments as they get really hot.i struggled last August when i had a bad experience as it doesn't have proper ventilation, nor the air conditioning or fan.
כ	כרמל עדה on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location (2 min from Main Vatzeslav avenue) but very quiet. We stayed in 4 bedroom apartment for 10 people. Was very clean and tidy. Had one shower ? with toilet ? and one bathtub ? with toilet ?. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely friendly staff. Pavla was very nice. Gave us good tips aboilut restaurants. Attractions. Change (money change) and more. Was very helpfull. Only a few things we thought could improve our time in appartment. The kitchen window did not have a curtain and it was overlooking the toilet in bathtub. So if you are sitting in kitchen, you can look at someone on toilet. In the bathtub, a shower curtain could be very usefull so we dont get the whole bathroom floor wet. And last thing in bathtub is that there was no holder for the shower head . so you need to hold shower head by hand and cannot stand under it. But these are all very small thing. We visited flat in winter. I think it does not have AC. Which could be an issue in summertime. But did not concern us. And for price of unit (170 euro per night for 5 adults and 3 children) is extremely good value for mony. 10 for location. 10 for clean and maintenance. 10 for staff. Highly recommended

I stayed here since I was getting surgery in the same building, at the clinic on the third floor. The apartment was perfect for my needs, with a large comfy bed, CNN and a kitchenette. Had a problem with no hot water during the end of my stay but apparently if I'd spoken to house keeping they could have fixed this for me by pressing a button. I wanted to extend my stay but it was fully booked. The receptionist went out of her way to help me find another place to stay of equivalent standard and value. I would definitely come back here! Cheers :-)
Y	Yuval Krikman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff at the office. Spoke perfect english. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. The location was as per description, central Prague and perfectly positioned to explore. We stayed only for 2 nights but will happily return.
