M	Micha Ela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access, great location, clean apartment, well kept. Elevator noises need some gettibg used to, but i am too happy with everything else to complain.

There's shampoo/shower gel, soap, hand/body lotion in the bathroom, all basics in the kitchen, including a toaster and different type of glasses, wine opener. There was no kitchen towels of any sort or even a place to dry your washed dishes! Also tere's no hair dryer, which was was epecially not great in cold weather. You need to use two keypads to get into the building and you need to press the buttons pretty hard to work. We thought those keypads didn't work or was not meant for us as there were more buttons to push and there is no sticker or anything to indicate that city leaf is located here! This is only an issue coming in the first time though. People mentioned loud elevator and it is true, but it is not used much and did not bother us at all. There is no noise from the street at all though as it is located in a small alley. The reception is 6min away and was difficult to find as it is under a different name, but we only needed it cause we locked ourselves out (make sure you dont accidentally press a button under the door handle when you leave!) and the staff was very helpful. Definitely worth the price and I would come back here again.
V	Vidushi Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management and hospitality from the owners. Since the reception and hotel are not in the same building, it is difficult to get anything done here. Our apartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived. We found sanitary pads in the toilet dustbin and also lot of hair on bed linen/blanket. I would not recommend it at all.
새	새미 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone came into my room at 9am when I was sleeping. I was scared and anxious because I have no idea who was it. The reception is far from this hotel it was super uncomfortable. Hairdryer was nice tho

Please take note receptionist are not in same building, you need to go JILSKA 9 first,it’s very not convenient if you carry luggage walk to receptionist…(by walk from city leaf about 6-7 minutes), after that you will get access code for City leaf aparthotel. I'm not picky about accommodation, If everything is clean(Bed sheets. Washroom)then okay ??
a	arien novarian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i booked via agoda, and it was excellent. it is a self service apartment. location in the city centre, very close to "must visit" attractions, very clean, a spacious room, have a kitchen also and stuffs, with affordable price as well
A	Amrit Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 3 nights. Location was excellent if thats all one is looking for, but other than that apartment was fairish. Aparment was spacious but Walls could do with some fresh paint. We got an email regarding booking but trying to self check turned out it was actually a different room. Had to call to sort that out. After that check in was easy. Place is very noisy with banging doors and windows continuously over the night. Asked the staff to fix the kitchen exhaust on the first evening of our stay but it was never fixed. Staff is good at replying to the queries. Checking in and out is very easy (self check in/out).
E	Ebony Dormer-Kuti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: fantastic location, great price, good Internet for working abroad, frequent cleaning, everything you need under one roof with all amenities a stones throw away, big bed, helpful staff, big smart TV. Cons, bed was too hard, blackout curtains didn't quite block out all the light, the major issue was the bathroom backed on to a light well with a window, when other apartments turned on their bathroom ligh this shone into our bathroom and our bedroom since the door had a glass panel. We stopped this by hanging a towel over the door to prevent being woken up in the morning. The apartment didn't have a smoke alarm and one day the electrics failed preventing us from leaving the building or getting back into our room which is a major concern if there's a fire. We'd be happy to stay again if these issues were sorted out.
