Best hotel to stay in Prague with prime location. The room was sooo good & very neat and clean. We opted for breakfast buffet which was very good & the staff is very helpful too ??

Superb location and excellent staff. Superior room was really big and beautiful and had a nice view of Kafka's rotating head. Lot of restaurants at a stone throw distance and really close to tram/metro, tesco, wenceslas square and shopping street. Definitely recommend.

Super friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Really bad Wifi. Will definitely stay again when in Prague.

Great hotel, nice staff but saddly I don’t give 5 stars because If you have the need of the internet as we did required it on our trip, the wifi service is really trash, at least on the rooms at the end of the hallway. We asked at reception if there was anything they could do about the issue but unfortunately there wasn’t anything they could to about it.

Great location with a mall right next to the hotel. Short walk to the old town and the shops. Staff were friendly. We got to the hotel early but our room wasn’t ready yet, but thankfully we got to leave our luggage to the hotel until the room was available. We were staying in the 1st floor. Room had a nice tall ceiling. Air conditioning worked well. Wifi was a bit slow. Walls weren’t too soundproof, a lot of noise came in to the room from outside, upper floors and the corridors so bring earplugs. Unfortunately the floors and tables were dirty, it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned at all. Floors had a lot of dust, dirt and human hair. Breakfast was ok if you’re not a vegetarian or vegan. We asked for vegan options at breakfast a week before our trip. They only had soy milk behind the counter. No fresh fruits, had to ask the staff to bring some. There were a few sorts of cereal and bread, no vegan margarine, only butter. So I ate bread with jam and cereal with soy milk. Meanwhile for other ”normal” eaters there were all kinds of pastries, sausages, eggs etc. Also, the breakfast was supposed to start at 7.00 according to the room keycard holder, but when we went to eat, the staff said breakfast is from 7.30. We had booked a taxi to leave to the airport at 8.00 so we were in quite a rush to eat. The hotel was a little slow at answering emails even though they say in their website that they have quick customer service for those who book directly from their website. Prague was lovely, but next time I’d choose another hotel.
