★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't have been happier: clean, bright, comfortable, modern room--with small kitchenette galley, equipped with cook- and dishware which was a nice surprise. Electronic key entry, clean bright, modernly stylish hallways, new elevator; nice, hot, clean, new bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Great location. Staff were all kind, warm and helpful. Great coffee in the office. Wonderful location. Found via Airbnb but booked directly. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice play to stay in the city center, although you need to pick up keys in another place. Definitely worth its money. One thing tho, there was not any cleaning on our 7 nights stay, but despite this everything was great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my mom September 2021, and it was not very good. First of all, our apartment was NOTHING like the pictures. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there were scratch marks on the walls and a sticky stain on the floor, which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned. There was only one chair on the balcony, which makes no sense, and the view was not very good. As for location, it’s okay. It’s a 15-30 minute walk to the main parts of Prague, which means you’re better off booking somewhere closer in the city for the same price or less. They gave us a total of 4 towels for a 5 night stay which is definitely not enough. We called and requested more towels, and they said they would bring them. A day later, nothing. After the THIRD call, they finally brought us more towels, but they were hand towels. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged and it wouldn’t drain. Again, we had to call 3 times for someone to come fix it. We ended up having to go to reception (which is in a different location, about 15 min from the apartment) to finally get someone to come fix the sink. By that time, it was our last day so it wasn’t very helpful. Their customer service is terrible. This place is okay, but I would recommend staying somewhere else. Don’t fall for the beautiful pictures they advertise on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous location, comfortable and clean. City Nest is a gem and the people who run it are responsive and friendly. The tram and metro are around the corner. Lovely coffee shops are reachable within 2 minutes for those who want to have breakfast first thing in the morning without making it themselves. A small hiccup with a promised coffee machine and a TV that didn’t work but was subsequently put back on are the reasons for the one missing star. Great place that I can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thumbs up! The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city. Found via Airbnb, but booked directly because it was less expensive. The staff was quite pleasant!
It had a cool kitchen with utensils, digital access (no keys), and was definitely more than a studio apartment. The lighting was excellent and stylish. This is a very nice and clean environment.
It comes highly recommended!!!
