C	Charlene Elliott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great hotel in a great location. We walked everywhere from the new town, Charles Bridge and Prauge castle. A Tescos 2 minutes walk away and a shopping mall across the road. We had 2 rooms which connected so our children could have their own space. The rooms were huge, approx 120sq mtrs (both rooms in total). The hotel breakfast was yummy with a massive spread of breads, cereal, bacon, cakes, fruit etc etc. The beds were comfortable but are slat beds so on 3 nights the slats on our bed fell through and had to be fixed. The lady who cleaned our rooms did a great job, she was quick and replenished everything everyday. The ATM in the lobby charged a 20% fee to take money out so I would recommend going to an ATM elsewhere. The money from the machine was ripped and when I wanted to spend it at the hotel they refused to take it which was annoying, even after I explained it came from their machine the man behind the desk refused to take my money! Apart from the slat beds and rude man at reception I would stay again as it is great value for money and in a great location.
B	Brandon Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful hotel! The Michelangelo Grand Hotel feels like a luxury hotel for little cost. Walking distance from the town center with amazing archarchitecture and a spectacular atmosphere! 100% would come here again!

In good faith I cancelled so you could someone else in this room, if I had known you had no compassion for illness and possible death and wouldn’t give me a refund I would have just continued on with the booking. I tried to get a refund but my emails when unanswered. If you have money to throw away than I suggest that you book with this hotel but if you may need to cancel I suggest you book with another hotel. Would never recommend anyone to stay here ever!!!
S	Susan Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this hotel! It was beyond our wildest dreams and the staff were excellent. Dominíc was particularly helpful. He even came looking for us when we were slightly lost, going above and beyond the call of duty! Everything fabulously clean and comfortable.

Prague is a very nice city. I have 2 comments: The bathtub was higher than usual and I had difficulty getting in and out every time I took a shower, this should be considered to avoid unexpected incidents. The 2nd point is about the B.F it was good but not enough options for people with food allergy like lactose/gluten and for Muslim guests. Thank you

A mall with 2 grocery stores pretty much right across the street.The staff has been very helpful and super nice. Very clean room. FYI. T.V station only has a couple channels in English. Has a nice little refrigerator. Not a huge room but big enough!! If we came back we would definitely stay here again! And they will pick you up from the Airport for 31 dollars❤❤❤

Tram stop and metro was pretty much at your door step. Old town square is a short 10 min walk and river about the same. Highly recommend.

Our room was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It has/offers the majority of facilities you may need. The restaurant prices were fair and in line with the high standard of the food/dishes. Fantastically located for all the must see locations.
