I recommend you this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel but just keep in mind that the hotel is right next to a tramway, which will be driving around the city for the full day/night. It’s noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and clean, well organised and well maintained place. Centrally located with trams available right in front of the hotel. Booked the place through airbnb and the process was quite smooth and professional. Staff were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Residence is located very central. All main attractions are in walking distance. The Appartment and the service were phenomenal. Very nice apartment with all utilities you need. Very nice staff. Big recommendation!

The price is all based on the great location I guess, but considering the city center is not very big and the commute is relatively easy, I will choose to live further away from the city center next time. The bathroom constantly stinks. The water pressure is quite low. The internet connection is so miserable that you practically can’t stream anything. The weather was very nice during our stay (early June), but I suspect the small air con would be effective enough for a big room during the hot summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel over New Year's Eve, had a room with a window on the street, the noise from the tram was decent, it didn't bother us but for people with light sleep it could be disturbing. The reception does not look very welcoming, however the rooms and staff were on top! We would definitely recommend the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, even my vegan friend could find something, coffee also with soy milk. The only thing to complain about is that the water in the shower is not constantly warm but always alternates with cold.
