★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was really big surprise, it looks very modern (new high style furniture and so on). Location is exactly in the centre of Prague but there is no problem about parking. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. And the panorama of Prague from balcony is spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful staff, and it was cheaper than a twin room at a backpackers. The room itself was a wonderful little oasis in our travels. We were in the heart of the things, with access to laundry facilities and supermarket. Would definitely recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very central, quiet and clean. Very modern and it is great having your space. We had a studio apartment which was spacious. It has a bed seatee so could easily do a family of 4. Also has satellite television and access to Netflix. Highly recommended. Only down side is that the bed was rather hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, sadly there was roadwork while we were there which impacted the view somewhat. Overall great experience. The frosted glass doors are an odd touch, and depending on your company can mar the experience. There was otherwise no problems at all and the experience was overall great. I would definitely consider returning at a later date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why the Operations Manager can be so bold as to accuse I wasn’t the ‘actual’ customer, which I clearly am, and not taking a step back to try to empathize with holidaygoers who have no choice but to delay their trips due to government regulations. Clearly they replied in angst and haste without doing any research on their end. Maybe this organization is trying to blame the customer by downplaying a legitimate review. Anyway, we were never contacted by the hotel with any emails nor were offered a way to correspond directly even after multiple requests. There was NEVER a credit voucher offered. Regarding the non-refundable section, it’s peculiar how this one hotel is the only one so inhospitable to hide behind internal company policies. We have got full refunds from hotels from New York, Paris, Como, Rome, Helsinki, Osaka and Tokyo after we explained our situation. We are currently in Sydney and cannot even leave our own state, never mind the country. But this one hotel cowardly hides behind its insensitive policies and does not listen to the customer. This is not ordinary times but they don’t really care, they make it sound like all their rooms are full and they blame US for the change as if we CHOSE not to be able to come. Very disappointed, and the worse experience is being accused we are not the actual customer is the lowliest of the low. We saved hard earned money for this holiday, and we do work honestly and leave reviews honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked these appartment via a travel agent . When we arrived they said they had no reservations even though we presented all the paperwork. Would discuss the matter any further. Luckily we contact the travel agent and they managed to arrange alternative accommodation. Avoid at all costs .
