★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price I paid I loved that it was central. Just 10 minutes away from the old town. Close to public transportation too that can take you anywhere in the city. The staff was super sweet.
I liked my room too although the floor could be renovated. It looked old and dirty (it wasn't). I also hated the bed, did not find it comfortable at all. The mattress was way too soft for my liking, as well as the pillows, but that's just me. Also the water takes an eternity to warm up. Huge amount of water gets wasted for you to wait to get warm.

1. Cleaning was horrible, while doing daily cleaning they never cleaned the floor.
2. Out of my 5 days stay 1 day they came to clean around 3pm when my kid was sleeping so can't ask to come and clean.
They should clean the room when guest is out in the morning.
3. Shower was horrible it's like some one doesn't want you to take bath.
4. No water bottle was provided.
5. Only good point was location it's located near to all the must visit place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect when coming from or to the train station. Easy to find. The staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for short 1-3 night stays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A reasonably priced hotel at a very good location. Room was spacy, bed was decent and I really enjoyed the breakfast selection.
As a downside, I have to mention cleanliness - I found trash under both beds, left after previous visitors. Also some facilities could use maintenance, such as leaking shower hose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We liked our 3 day stay at this hotel. Strategically located near the station as well as the centre . The breakfast was just average , but decent in terms of the charge per night. The rooms were warmer than we would have preferred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has probably been recently renovated, so it looks nice on the inside. Breakfast was quite good. The room was a bit too warm, even for winter (I think the heating turned on automatically). The location is good if you're coming from Hauptbahnhof. It's a bit of a walk towards the historical attractions, but doable. Staff was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for, and this was a good bargain. Rooms were nice enough, spacious and clean. Warm, as some say, but an open window fixed that quite quickly - like magic.
Didn’t get the chance to use gym or sauna but definitely a plus that they have them, and seem to be bookable on short notice.
Good breakfast buffet that was included in price. Everything you need, warm and cold food and selection of pastries. Was some lipstick on my coffee cup, but eh, just went and got a new one. Was also served until 12pm which was fantastic.
Staff was really nice and helpful, so maybe I’d rank 4/5 based on the minor cleanliness, but staff brings it up to 5. Would definitely stay when doing another weekend in Prague because location is also fantastic.
