K	Kubano Starnovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi spatne. Na telefon se nekolik hodin neslo dovolat. Pokoj neuveritelne smrdel cigaretami. Pan majitel mi rekl ze tam asi predchozi host kouril. Tomunslo tezko uverit, jelikoz smrad byl v pokoji uplne zazrany. Zachod protekal, postel prolezena. Jidlo na snidani nekolik dni stare. Hotel nesel najit, na vchodu napsano Kraus. Parkovani nebylo a temer vsude okolo pouze na povoleni MeU. Par placenych parkovacich mist pobliz, ktere byly plne. Durazne nedoporucuji navstevu!! Very bad. The phone could not be called for several hours. The room smelled incredibly cigarettes. The owner told me that the previous guest was smoking there. It was hard to believe, because the stench was completely ingrained in the room. The toilet ran, the bed crawled. Food for breakfast a few days old. The hotel was found, at the entrance written Kraus. There was no parking and almost all around only with the permission of MeU. A couple of paid parking spaces nearby were full. I strongly do not recommend a visit !!

Gegen eine Zuzahlung von 60 weiteren Euro durften wir adäquat übernachten obwohl wir vorher schon bezahlt hatten. Restgeld wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht herausgerückt. Verhandlung verzweifelt abgebrochen. Nur Barzahlung möglich obwohl anders ausgewiesen. Keine fremden Sprachen, weder englisch noch deutsch. Das Hotel ist ein Fall für die Aufsichtsbehörden. Our booking for 8 people resulted in 3 rooms for 6 people. For an additional payment of 60 euros we were allowed to stay overnight even though we had already paid for it beforehand. The rest of the money was not given out even when asked. Negotiation broken off in desperation. Only cash payment possible, although stated otherwise. No foreign languages, neither English nor German. The hotel is a case for the regulators.
R	Romana Briestenská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veľmi krásne, pokojné miesto, milý personál, mestečko je malebné, krásna história, určite sa oplatí navštíviť, deti si prídu na svoje,aj dospelí ? Very beautiful, quiet place, nice staff, the town is picturesque, beautiful history, definitely worth a visit, children will come to their own, even adults ?
J	Josef BROŽ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snad už to bude lepší, ale i v tomto čase je třeba říct, že ubytování bylo tiché, dobře organizované a na místě, jen pár kroků od zámku, vyslověně exkluzivní lokalita. Chyběla sice avízovaná snídaně (odpočítané z ceny, samozřejmě), což přičítám odobí (už nechci to slovo na "c" vyslovovat) a dobovým tancům kolem. Mělník je pěkné místo, ale sezóna ještě daleko, takže všude vyloženě pusto prázdno, jen pár štamgastů za rohem v podloubí potvrzovalo pravidlo. Příště bude lépe! Mělník is a nice place, but the season is still a long way off, so everywhere is definitely empty, only a few regulars around the corner in the arcade confirmed the rule. It'll be better next time!
