M	Martin Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hotel, no one at reception during night. You have to pay upfront for the whole stay, when a problem occurs, they promised refund but a afterwards rejected to pay anything. The room was not clean - the sofa.

J	Jan Sedmidubsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general, the stay in this hotel was a good trade-off between the quality and price. The hotel has a great location (only 5mins to the city centre), however, it was not so easy to find a parking slot for our car (the hotel has no dedicated slots for guests, so you need to find a parking place in the nearby streets). What I find really strange was the payment of the stay: the hotel account was in EUR (not in CZK as used in Czechia), so we were forced to pay about 7% higher price compared to the estimated CZK Booking price, as the hotel used an inconvenient exchange rate. The payment had to be done before the stay using a bank transfer and the payment confirmation had to be send via e-mail to the hotel. After the Booking reservation, we were also asked whether we agree with a fee of 1 EUR as we have selected the option of one large bed, instead of twin beds. Otherwise, in the hotel restaurant, which was good, all the prices were in CZK, so you had to pay in CZK.
P	Petr Přibil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel for vacation. Good location, little bit older but quiet and clean rooms. Good cuisine and beer, friendly service in the restaurant. The only drawback can be lack of available parking slots during working days. Reception desk only until 10 pm but entrance key available. Generally, good value for money.
