★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Big Minus: we had a personal conflict with the owner over my better half who appeared with a brand new scooter (NOTE: no hell angel's motorcycle, just a scooter! besides that - we were sober, nice and tired enough IMHO). The owner called her "suspicious", expelled her from his precious parking lot and then he started to act offensively to me as well. This was simply a nightmare experience.
No surprise I couldn't stand at such a place and moved to Hotel Liberec in downtown where we were greeted by a decent hotel's standards.
This was simply an extraordinary experience. This guy should increase his daily dose of anger management drugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most positive thing for this hotel is that its management adequately reacts to criticism expressed in the previous feedbacks. In 2021, each floor has electric kettle, mugs, dishes, tea, coffee, sugar. The assortment & quality of breakfast meal improved. Hotel rooms are clean and shower cabins work properly. When your neighbors are intelligent people, there is quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and you can sleep well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, but clean, located in a beautiful area. Rate is okay but definitely not cheap for such a small and old place. Amenities include tiny soap bar (too small to be useful) , and small packet of shampoo. Receptionist is not available at all times so checking in to room past 8pm is difficult and no one was available in the morning either. However, the breakfast buffet until 9am was fantastic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My regular choice when cycling into Liberec. A bit out if the center but still perfectly located right opposite the Zoo tram stop. Basic but very clean rooms with breakfast for a very fair price (850 Kc single occupancy). There is a great restaurant just across the street down at the pond. Perfect for my demands!
