★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čistý a příjemný hotel v centru Zlína. Při naší návštěvě byl zcela zaplněný, což vedlo k nepříjemnostem při parkování (vedle je parkovací dům) a při snídani, kdy obsluha nestíhala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel bardzo przyjemny, Pani pięknie starała się mówić po polsku :) Wielki plus za restuarację! Można zjeść i wypić za małe pieniądze. Jeszcze 10% rabatu dla gości hotelowych :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čistý hotel, trochu moc levně zařízený. Personal v restauraci je tragédie. Ráno ani nepozdravi, nesklízí ze stolů, je zalezlý za barem zády k hostům. Ostatní služby jsou takové odflaklé: Minibar na pokoji sice chladí, ale je prázdný. Místo desek s nabídkou je na pokoji pár zmuchlaných papírů z ČB kopírky. Všude po hotelu a restauraci jsou nalepené izolackou vytištěné"cedule". Podle mého dojmu 4 hvězdy tenhle hotel opravdu nemá, je to stěží 3, všechno kazí ten tragický servis...
 Clean hotel, a little too cheaply furnished. The staff at the restaurant is a tragedy. He doesn't even greet in the morning, he doesn't harvest from the tables, he's behind his back at the bar. Other services are so sloppy: the minibar in the room is cooling, but it is empty. Instead of the menu boards, there is a couple of crumpled papers from the B&W copier in the room. All signs around the hotel and restaurant are printed "signs". In my impression of 4 stars, this hotel really doesn't have it, it's hardly 3, everything is spoiled by the tragic service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rekonstruovaný a čistý hotel s prostornými pokoji. Vstřícný a ochotný personál. Skvělá lokalita v centru Zlína.
Horší organizace a čas (víkendy až od 8:30) snídaně.
Renovated and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Helpful and helpful staff. Great location in the center of Zlín.
Worse organization and time (weekends until 8:30) breakfast.
