J	Jacob Staddon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks were good the gentleman that services was helpful, but when we asked for the bill a waitress came over and was rude and added a tip on for herself without asking.

But trying to charge us extra money for the terrace (which they didn’t inform before) & even more for the tips, spoiled all our experience and impressions. And the waitor was really RUDE forcing us to pay those extras. The rude waitor was a tall/thin and bald man, he should be fired for such a manners of relating to the clients.

We were forced to pay a tip (I generally pay a tip when the service is good or nothing goes wrong ) , but a 30 min wait for just a sandwich is poor show. And the waiter puts the bill and forces us to pay the tip ! Spoils my great experience of Prague city.. you charge 1 euro for ketchup and another euro for Mayo?! When we refused to pay the the tip, the rude waiter (tall and bald) told on our face that this is not McDonalds . Trust me , u charge me 1 euro for tiny potion of ketchup, McDonalds is better than you bcos I am Atleast welcomed there .. don’t ever go there . Wish I had read the reviews of people who have been here and faced similar experience … Be competent enough and then expect people to pay your tips ..
S	Shayan Khaksar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: - They clean the room everyday - The hotel is located in the old town and all of tourist attractions are accessible on foot. Cons: - The room is a little bit small. - late at the nights, You need to knock on the hotel door when you want to enter the hotel.
q	qui chi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old .. thin walls.. you can hear people in the next or above rooms making love and talking If you don't mind about it and if you are used to average motels then this is your place to be. Just 2 stars for the location.

When we returned for a drink to give it another chance we were turned away because we did not want to order meals. This was around 2pm on a quiet Monday and the restaurant was half empty, the waitress was rude and didn't want to take the time to explain to us why she was kicking us out. Don't want our money? No problems. No sense of service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Secondly the service was really inappropriate. We often felt that they didn’t took us serious. Sorry, but we would not recommend it!

The room has the centuries old look and wooden furniture with full amenities. Unfortunately, the hotel do not have lift due to the structure by itself. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. The check-in desk is manned from 7am to 9pm. Overall I had a great experience. Would recommend this hotel for all group except elders.
