★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for one night. Receptionist was very helpful (the room was not booked in advanced). Room was ok, looks very fresh. Breakfast was ok and price was more or less average. Can recommend this hotel.

The restaurant in this hotel is magnificent. Even if you enter the restaurant, you can feel the perfection. And meals are just delicious.
Great place for dates or celebrations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel a lot for work, on average 15 nights a month in various hotels all around Europe and I have never stayed somewhere as unwelcoming as this place. It genuinely amazes me how miserable, rude, and unprofessional the staff are in this place. I have never seen anything like it. If I wasn't spending money to be here I'd be genuinely impressed as to how people can be this foul, they somehow seem to make it an artform? I'd rather cut off my limbs and crawl home on my tongue than stay here again. You have been warned, good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Zlata Hvezda's restaurant for a lunch.
They are one of the "Czech Specials" restaurant. They serve authentic Czech food with local ingredients.
They have Menus in Czech, German & thankfully, in English. A lot of dishes are in there to be ordered & if you're a non-vegetarian, you're in for a treat. Bad luck if you're a vegetarian though. Only handful of dishes are available. Try the fried cheese & potato pancakes. They are really yummy.
The staff is very friendly & polite. The quantity of food is brilliant & it's a complete value for money.
