A	Antonín Jelínek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Středověký hrad Zubštejn najdete na kopci nad obcí Pivonice. Od parkoviště, na které se vejde několik aut, je to pak jen 0,6 km do kopce po lesní pěšině. Je tedy poměrně lehce přístupný. Ovšem pro kočárek nebo vozík je cesta neschůdná. Je pravděpodobné, že se dá k hradu dostat i jinou cestou, to jsme však nezkoušeli. Na louce pod hradem je možné rozdelat oheň a opéct buřty. Hrad, respektive zřícenina není oplocená a za vstup se nevybírá žádné vstupné. Kopec je 682 metrů nad mořem, je odtud tedy pěkný rozhled do okolí. The medieval Zubštejn Castle can be found on a hill above the village of Pivonice. From the parking lot, which can accommodate several cars, it is only 0.6 km uphill along a forest path. It is therefore relatively easily accessible. However, the path is impossible for a pram or wheelchair. It is probable that you can get to the castle in another way, but we did not try. In the meadow below the castle it is possible to start a fire and roast burritos. The castle or the ruins are not fenced and no entrance fee is charged for the entrance. The hill is 682 meters above sea level, so there is a nice view of the surroundings.

Určitě stojí za vidění i protější vyhlídkové místo s velkým křížem. Úžasný výhled. Very nice ruin. Zubštejn Castle you can walk freely and enjoy not only the beauty of the ruins, but also the view of the surroundings. The opposite lookout point with a large cross is definitely worth seeing. Amazing view.
P	Petra Klímová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zřícenina hradu Zubštejn je moc hezká i na podzim.Šli jsme k ní kratší cestou do kopce.Je to pěkný kopeček,ale dá se to zvládnout.Jen bacha na kluzké a vyklající kameny.Na hradě je moc hezky.Celý jde projít.Je to pěkné místečko. The ruins of Zubštejn Castle are very nice even in autumn. We went to it on a shorter way uphill. It's a nice hill, but it can be managed. Just watch out for slippery and sloping stones. nice place.

Doporučuji méně frekventovanou červenou trasu z městečka Vír přes malou zříceninu hrádku Pyšelec a vesničku Kobylnice. Zpáteční trasa do Víru je možná po žluté značce přes vesničku Pivonice. Extensive ruins of Zubštejn Castle with a view of the countryside. I recommend the less frequented red route from the town of Vír through the small ruins of the Pyšelec castle and the village of Kobylnice. The return route to Vír is possible following the yellow sign through the village of Pivonice.
M	Marian Mais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hledal jsem místo pro víkendový výlet na motorce na začátku podzimu loňského roku (2021) . Měl jsem trochu strach s výšlapem v motorkářském mundůru . Moto jsme nechali dole na parkovišti a vzali jsme to přes les a nebylo to nejhorší . Neříkám že to byla úplná pohodička , ale dalo se to . Jinak výhled i samotná památka stála za to I was looking for a place for a weekend trip on a motorcycle in the early autumn of last year (2021). I was a little scared with a hike in a motorcycle uniform. We left the motorcycle down in the parking lot and took it through the forest and it wasn't the worst. I'm not saying it was complete, but it was possible. Otherwise, the view and the monument itself were worth it

Už v informačním centru ve městě mě velice mile upozornily na "šílenou cestu" po modré z města ale přesto jsem ji vyzkoušel. Musel jsem poznat pravdu. Cesta byla opravdu šílená, protože stromy na kterých bylo kdysi značení prostě vůbec nebyli.Díky tomu byla cesta bez použití jiných prostředků nemožná. Jiné prostředky....hlava, kompas, GPS na mobilu, sem tam nějaká ta pozůstalá značka. Bloudil jsem, zakopával o klacky všude, vysel chvíli za kořeny ale šel jsem ji přes možnost pádu do hluboké strže, pádu do potoka apod. Ano byl jsem víc uchozený , bolavý ale nakonec jsem se trefil a To mi udělalo radost. Ano s nadávkámi, křikem ale šel jsem. Hrad je opravdu pěkná zachovalá zřícenina v dobrém stavu. Jsou zde ji nějaké torza místností takže nakonec bylo fajn se sem dostat i když jsem byl spíš hrdý, že jsem To dokázal. Proto cestu doporučuji spíš dobrodruhům nebo raději zvolit cestu po žluté z obce Vír....cesta vedena sice pořád do kopce. Je ale rozhodně bezpečnější než ta, kterou jsem šel já. The road was really crazy, because the trees that were once marked were simply not at all. Thanks to that, the road was impossible without the use of other means. Other means ... head, compass, GPS on a cell phone, here and there some surviving brand. I wandered, burying the sticks everywhere, went beyond the roots for a while, but I went through the possibility of falling into a deep ravine, falling into a stream, etc. Yes, I was more passionate, painful, but in the end I hit and it made me happy. Yes, with swearing, screaming, but I went. The castle is really a nice preserved ruin in good condition. There are some torsos of rooms here, so in the end it was nice to get here, even though I was rather proud that I did it. Therefore, I recommend the path more to adventurers or rather to choose the path along the yellow road from the village of Vír .... the path is still uphill. But it's definitely safer than the one I went.
