Tyto vily dlouhou dobu chátraly a je dobře, že se konečně s nimi začíná něco dít. Doufám, že to neskončí v začátku oprav, ale že se opravy dokončí. Ráda bych věřila tomu,že rekonstrukce bude podařená a nevznikne nevkusná kombinace moderního a starého stylu. Při otevření by zde byl jistě nádherný park ,kterým se dá dále přejít do lesa, aby vše korespondovalo s okolní přírodou. Wonderful buildings that are rare in my view. In recent years, the jewel of architecture in Nový Jičín has been truly a gem. I would like to believe that the reconstruction will be successful and there will not be a tasteful combination of modern and old style. There would certainly be a beautiful park to open up to the forest, so that everything corresponds to the surrounding nature.

Přeju hodně štěstí při rekonstrukci, aby se jim vrátila předešlá sláva. Beautiful architectural works, the school that is currently quite devastated, perhaps shines for better times. we were very lucky and we got to one of the villas as part of an information center event. I wish them good luck in the reconstruction so that their previous glory can be restored.
