★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na trochu odlehlém místě, ale personál byl vstřícný a poradil, co jsme potřebovali vědět. Výběr celkem velký. Rozhodně se tam ráda vrátím, až budu zase něco potřebovat.
 In a slightly secluded place, but the staff was helpful and advised what we needed to know. The selection is quite large. I will definitely be back there when I need something again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme měli velmi příjemný zážitek při koupi vysněného dárku k Vánocům osmiletému synovi. Na přístup personálu, ochotu a celkovou atmosféru určitě pět hvězd nestačí. Velice děkujeme a s klidným srdcem doporučujeme dalším.
Today we had a very pleasant experience buying a dream gift for Christmas eight-year-old son. Five stars are certainly not enough for staff access, willingness and overall atmosphere. Thank you very much and with a calm heart we recommend to others.

I made an order of a piano on a Sunday. On Monday they wrote me to let me know that they didn't have the piano in stock and that it may take a few days to order it from their supplier. They also sent me suggestions of alternative models I could buy if I didn't want to wait. On Monday night I answered that I preferred to wait if it was not going to be too long. On Tuesday they replied that they would let me know as soon as they have news. On Wednesday they sent me another email advising me that the item had been posted. On Friday I collected the item from the Post office. On the week-end I was enjoying my newly purchased piano :)
Great communication and friendly advice all the way through. Thanks!
