Beautiful late Baroque to Classicist house from 1769 - 1774. The plot on which today's building stands was originally an undeveloped area on the bank of Čertovka. It was sold in 1629 as a building plot, with the construction being delayed until the end of the 17th century. It was not until 1761 that the patch of land was bought by the Prague builder Matthias Hummel. The house was modified in 1865 for the needs of actor Pavel Švanda of Semčice, in 1959 the house was purchased by Jiří Trnka, who had modified it and lived here. Krásný pozdně barokní až klasicistní dům z let 1769 - 1774. Parcela, na níž stojí dnešní budova, byla původně nezastavěnou plochou na břehu Čertovky. Teprve v roce 1629 byla prodána jako stavební parcela, s výstavbou se započaslo až koncem 17. století. Až v roce 1761 parcelu výhodně koupil pražský stavitel Matthias Hummel. Dům byl upraven v roce 1865 pro potřeby herec Pavla Švandy ze Semčic, v roce 1959 dům zakoupil Jiří Trnka, který jej nechal upravit.
