This company is very helpful and professional. When choosing the options for rebuilding our kitchen, they took a lot of time and helped us navigate everything. They respond immediately to all customer inquiries. I highly recommend it and I wish that such standards comply with other Czech companies.

Based on the reviews so far, we visited the HVT kitchen studio and I must admit that I was a little disappointed. At the first meeting, we brought a drawing study of the apartment from the architect and communicated other requirements regarding the new kitchen (for example, that it is possible to move with the size of the room, because not all partitions have been built yet). The lady prepared the proposal and presented it at the second meeting. Unfortunately, it turned out that she probably did not take enough notes at the first meeting and none of the requirements were included in the proposal. In addition, the design corresponded practically 1: 1 to the original design from the architect, although we mentioned that the design is only ideological and does not meet our needs. When we noted this and requested an on-site adjustment, we were told that if we wanted further adjustments, we could arrange another meeting. However, after payment of a deposit of 15 000, -. We understand the condition of a deposit if, after the first meeting, what we wanted was incorporated into the design and a design was met that met our requirements (variability of kitchen size, possibility of glazed industrial partition between rooms, consideration of atypical corner in kitchen and hood). Unfortunately, this did not happen and we decided to collaborate with another studio. As a footnote: I find it slightly unprofessional not to include a requirement for an industrial partition separating the kitchen from the living room on the grounds that the partition is expensive (delivery was considered by a third party), although we said at the first meeting that the partition was required for us and that we are aware of higher prices (100k). The seller should not judge for me what is expensive for a person or not and promote his own.

We searched the kitchen studio where we meet as a friendly approach, and that we will do the kitchen according to our requirements. HVT has fulfilled our dream of the perfect kitchen, we already have over a month at home :) I highly recommend everyone in the studio, such a humane approach just does not see :)

I must thank you for the extremely beautiful kitchen, which is exactly according to our ideas. From the beginning, the meeting was at a very professional level and at the same time helpful and pleasant. We were thrilled by the first proposal. We had tried to address other studios before, but only here were they able to grasp our idea and get the necessary pinch of originality and individuality into it. They certainly don't redraw what you dictate to them, but they really do. The realization actually looks even better than the original, the materials are high quality and the kitchen is perfectly functional. The icing on the cake were the gentlemen at the assembly, who were great. After their departure, it was cleaned almost better than before, and in addition, they moved us and plugged in our American refrigerator so that the kitchen would be completely complete upon delivery.
