g	gelly vrt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πρωτοπώ...Ξεχάσαμε στην αρχή το πορτοφόλι μας, μας το έδωσε με μεγάλη δυσκολία και ζήτησε και λεφτά. Από τη ταραχή όπως γύρισε η γιαγιά μου με την τσάντα της έσπασε δύο μικρά κρύσταλλα. Είπαμε να πληρώσουμε και μας ζητήσαμε να πληρώσουμε για 12 κομμάτια !!! 250 € .... εννοείται αρνηθηκαμε και είπαμε να πληρώσουμε το ένα σετ ! Αρνήθηκαν, είπαν θα καλέσουν την αστυνομία , και μάλιστα ότι θα πληρώσουμε 5.000 κορώνες επειδή θα ερθουν, και με ειρωνία ο τύπος ειπε " ωπ τώρα αυτά πωσ θα τα πληρώσετε ;" Ήρθε η αστυνομία ο τύπος εξαφανίστηκε, πάλι καλά καλέσαμε άτομο που ήξερε τσέχικα .Η αστυνομία μας είπε αν θέλουμε να μην πληρώσουμε τίποτα ή να πάρουμε και τα δύο σετ με 60%. Εν τέλει θεωρήσαμε ηθικό να πληρώσουμε αλλά 80€ όχι όσα ήθελαν αυτοί!!! ΜΗΝ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΤΟΝ ΚΟΠΟ ΝΑ ΠΑΤΗΣΕΤΕ ΤΟ ΠΟΔΙ ΣΑΣ. ΕΧΟΥΝ ΠΑΓΙΔΕΣ ΜΠΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΠΑΣΕΙΣ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΠΛΗΡΩΣΕΙΣ ΤΟ ΜΙΣΟ ΤΟΥΣ ΕΜΠΟΡΕΥΜΑ! What to do ... We forgot our wallet in the beginning, gave it a hard time and asked for money. From the riot as my grandmother returned with her bag she broke two small crystals. We said to pay and asked us to pay for 12 pieces !!! 250 € .... of course we refused and told to pay one set! They refused, saying they would call the police, and in fact we would pay 5,000 crowns for them to come, and ironically the guy said "so how are you going to pay them?" The police came, the guy disappeared, again we called a Czech man well. The police told us if we wanted to pay nothing or get both sets at 60%. In the end we thought it was moral to pay but 80 € not what they wanted !!! DON'T MAKE CUTTING TO PUSH YOUR FEET. THEY HAVE TRAPS AND BREAKTHROUGHS TO PAY HALF OF HIS GOODS!

Compré una camiseta por 7 euros y no es mala calidad. El chico que me atendió fue atento, y me sacó varias tallas y me dejó probarlas. El local es fácil de encontrar porqué esta en zona de paso. Souvenir shop with a variety of products. The price is not bad, it depends on what things. The clothes are modern and well priced. I bought a shirt for 7 euros and it is not bad quality. The boy who attended to me was attentive, and took out several sizes and let me try them. The place is easy to find because it is in the passage zone.

Это просто смешно. Наценки высокие, качество товаров низкое. Не рекомендую покупать в этой пещере что-либо. Gift shop with terrible sales assistants. Very rude, unpleasant people. Kicked out of the store because "it took a long time to choose a product." This is ridiculous. Prices are high, quality is low. I do not recommend buying anything from this cave.

J	Jennifer Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 bad experiences in this shop. First time I asked if they sold a product and were incredibly rude about it. Saying no when I asked where I could purchase I received the rudest reply. I am visiting Prague from the tropics of Australia and understandably being such a total contrast to my country I had a few queries. Mistakenly I revisited and was enquiring about the babooshka dolls and the difference in price and the woman was so very rude and argued with me and then promptly walked away. When she returned to play with the display she pushed in front of me as I was looking at dolls and stood right in front of me so all I could see was her back closely in front of me so as I had to move. Soooo incredibly rude. She then went away and on coming back slammed the door so loud it was obvious I was not welcome there. I have never had such disgusting behaviour by a store person and I highly recommend to everyone who will listen. Do not spend your money in this shop. There are lots of other lovely friendly places to visit and buy your goods from. I rate this shop A huge NO STARS ???
