★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horror mechanics, the guys there hate their work and have no idea of fixing something more then oil change and replacing tires. Don't go there with nice car they will break plastics because they don't know how to open it. Total incapable mechanics!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this car shop to make an appointment for changing the winter tires. They were very friendly and helpful. The car shop is in an inner courtyard of an old Vinohrady house and the entrance is quite narrow. Being an anxious driver concerned about possibly scratching my car, I asked them if they would drive the car in for me. They reassured me they would. I was told to call ahead on the day. They were very nice and one of their colleagues waited for me outside the gate before my arrival to help me with that. Also after the winter tires were exchanged, they drove the car out of the narrow gate again for me to smoothly exit. I was very happy with their customer service and overall friendly and professional attitude. I will definitely go back again whenever I need any help with my car.
