★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takovýhle přístup na pohotovosti jsem ještě nezazila, přijela jsem ve 4 ráno s akutními bolestmi po operaci kolene. Čekárna prázdná, po tom co vyšla sestra a ja ji sdělila svůj problém, me bez váhání odmítla osetrit a poslala me nesmyslne k memu operaterovi, který o víkendu samozřejmě nepracuje, proto jsem jela na pohotovost. Na zachranne lince mi řekli, ze nemeli žádný důvod me neprijmout. Nakonec jsem musela do motolské nemocnice, kde mi zjistili velky hematom, díky kteremu jsem nemohla ani chodit. Opravdu děkuji!!
 I have never seen such an emergency approach, I arrived at 4 am with acute pain after knee surgery. The waiting room was empty, after the nurse came out and I told her of her problem, she refused me orphaned without hesitation and sent me nonsensical to a memo to an operator who, of course, doesn't work at the weekend, so I went to the emergency room. On the rescue line, they told me they had no reason not to accept me. Finally, I had to go to the Motol hospital, where they found out a big hematoma, which made me unable to walk. Really thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takový přístup ve zdravotnictví - katastrofa!!!! Chci se objednat, dovolat se je nemožné... po celodenním snažení se dovolat, jsem se šla osobně objednat. Po zaťukání na dveře, vyšel lékař a nepříjemným tónem pravil: Proč ťukáte? Chtěla bych se k Vám objednat,pravila jsem milým hlasem. Objednávat se lze pouze po telefonu, máte to na dveřích pravil nepříjemný lékař. Sestra dnes zvedá telefon celý den....Na dveřích napsáno: sestra, zde není..
Tak telefon Vám nikdo nikdy nezvedne. Ať žije zdravotnictví.....
Such an approach in health care - disaster !!!! I want to make an appointment, it is impossible to call ... after all day trying to make an appointment, I went personally to order. After tapping on the door, the doctor came out and said in an unpleasant tone: Why are you tapping? I would like to make an appointment, I said in a nice voice. You can only order by phone, you have it on the door said unpleasant doctor. The nurse is answering the phone all day today.
So no one will answer your phone. Long live health care .....
