I just had a bad luck with people. paint shop, where Mr. Marian was very helpful and accommodating, I think that if everyone behaved this way, I would not have a problem with this service ...

Unfortunately, rather negative except for Mr. Pešat's approach, he is a very nice gentleman who is trying to explain things on your car, but that is probably the only positive experience. It started with a cracked spring on the front axle, I needed to fix it quickly and only accepted me here, and soon I found out why. Not only instead of advised about 8000 to 9000 CZK for repair and work, it climbed to about 13000 CZK, but I had to leave with other car mechanics geometry axle, because when it measured and straightened, so my car pulled to the left. Other car mechanics had to move two millimeters with the rear axle and the car sits like nailed. Another hit was due to power loss and antipollution fault message. They say it is a control valve, which is supplied together with the turbo and refurbished, which is actually not true, I know from other car mechanics. However, they replaced the turbo, it cost 24000 CZK. He left an impression in other services that make Peugeot make a quote to replace the turbo, all were lower by 8000 to 10000 CZK. Unfortunately, I needed it again quickly, because it was before the holiday. A week later, power loss and the same message again. I thought it was going to be a FAP filter, that the turbo was replaced, so I made sure to replace the FAP with a known auto mechanic I believe. And wonder, 80% of the faults were caused by FAP, which was at the end of its service life - verified that kilometers fit. I did not go on holiday, I complained about the turbo after the holiday, Mr. Bednar is an unpleasant person, so I began to be uncomfortable with all decency. It was a cracked vacuum tube, which is a mystery when they gave everything new to the turbo. It is not a good experience and the tax per hour of work is exorbitant, in several other services that also make Peugeot, and according to reviews people are happy with them, I asked for an hourly tax and VAT are about IC West service half. Not recommended.

I definitely do not recommend this service - I have never experienced such arrogant reception techniques and warehouse workers. I would rather drive 100 km to Prague to Domanský than 3 km to IC WEST. Everything a problem and complete reluctance.

Absolutely helpful attitude and willingness, they tried to find a reasonable date for me to have the car back as soon as possible. As for the communication - if I wasn't able to reach you, the sms immediately came and called longer. And they repair old husks: D When we arrived for the car, we were very pleasantly welcomed, gave us time and explained everything perfectly. I felt very good here. Thank you very much for everything.

I have been going to the IC West - Peugeot service for 5 years and not everything has always worked out so that I am completely satisfied. After the last service intervention at the end of the extended warranty, I was 100% satisfied, both with the overall approach and speed and quality. In my opinion, this change for the better is related to the change in the position of service manager. Thanks to that, I will continue to go to this service and I can easily recommend it to others.
